GO SOMEWHERE ELSE! Would give them zero stars if I could. My company scheduled me a DOT physical told me I could show up anytime that they were open. When I walked in the ladies at the front desk wouldn't even take my name, gave me attitude & wouldn't let me finish talking before cutting me off because they didnt want to do any work the last hour of their shift telling me they didnt have any availability until next week, even though a coworker & ai have them scheduled for this week. No other people were in the lobby or parkes outside, just me, so they couldve got me in just refused to. Completely unprofessional environment & staff, don't waste your time here go somewhere else!

There were 4 staff there 2 of them were friendly. I had to get a TB test which included a blood draw. It took them 4 tries to get a vein. While she was trying to get a vein she was touching her hair and face with gloves on and did not change or sanitize them before she tried again.

A very professional and relatively painless experience. The staff were very friendly and knew what they were doing and made sure to be thorough, yet efficient with the documents that I needed for my drug screening.

Based on other reviews, it looks like time is a factor. Mornings seem like the best time to go in, and afternoons are the worst. Something to consider when you're booking your next appointment

If I could give 0 stars I would. The 2 women working were very rude and disrespectful. I got there and they were on lunch break, no sign or anything indicating there was nobody working. I stood there for 15 minutes before anyone said anything to me, as they stared at me and kept eating. The guy in the waiting room told me they were on lunch until 1pm. Then I come back and the women at the front desk was so unprofessional and flat out miserable. Then I waited there for 30 minutes before I got called to take my drug screening. The worst part is this lady had told me that she had never cut a woman’s hair for a drug screening before. AND SHE CUT A HUGE CHUNK RIGHT FROM THE TOP OF MY HEAD! IT IS SO NOTICEABLE AND RIGHT ON MY PART LINE! WHO IN THERE RIGHT MIND WOULD DO THIS TO SOMEONE! I am just very concerned as to who is training these people when they don’t know what they are doing. She said “I don’t know, I just work here” COOL THANKS FOR THE BALD SPOT:)

Terrible company with rude staff. I had a two step PPD done a couple of months ago. Went in to get a physical copy of them and they refused to give them to me. They were also very rude about it. I wouldn’t recommend them to my enemy.

First time being there: I called to schedule my appointment for everything I had to do, but when I got there the receptionist said I had to schedule another time to come in to finish everything. They may not be skilled at warm hospitality or listening to what you have to get done, but they are fast about it; They have a lot of people in and out.

Website said they were open until 4 PM. Walked in at 3:30 and was told drug screens were not done after 3 PM. Not one person in the waiting room. How long does it take to piss in a cup? Last time I went there, I got turned away in the middle of the day because they “didn’t have any water”.
They are worthless and I’ll never go there again.

Rudest office people I have ever in countered I'm my career. We should be able to ask questions as we are paying for a service. This is a local spot to many people I will drive out of the area going forward.
