Went in three times to make an appointment. Two times no one was in the office. The third tome the reception person asked me a couple questions then told me they are not taking new patients until January. This is dental work not plastic surgery. There was not a soul in the waiting room and the phone did not ring once while I wad there. How busy can you be? I think it's discrimination. But who gives the receptionist the right to decide who van be a patient there. I'm on mediCal. I don't have a million choices for where to go. Very disappointing.

Extremely rude on the phone claiming I didn’t even have an appointment that I did. The woman working the phone has a real attitude problem they should replace her.

I had a wonderful experience. The ladies at the front desk where very friendly and kind. I was checked in and helped very quickly and the staff in the back where amazing! They went above and beyond to insure I was comfortable and in no pain. Hands down the best dental experience Iv ever had!
