Was just there to aak if they accepted my insurance and they do. But when i arrived there was 2 ladies in the front desk an asian and a latina. Asian lady did noticed when i arrived, she did not greet me nor offered to help me. I had to go and ask for help. Bad experience this is why i did not make.my appointment there. The latina lady help me with my question but thats because i went up to their desk and ask for help. Never going back again. I do not recommend this place at all.

Visiting Diamond Coast Dental was a breath of fresh air for both my daughter and me. We had appointments last week, and being our first time at this clinic, we were understandably anxious due to our previous dental experiences. I chose Diamond Coast Dental after researching various options, and I was impressed by their user-friendly website and the numerous positive reviews from satisfied patients.

From my initial call to schedule our appointments, Irene's warmth and expertise immediately put me at ease. When we arrived, we met Dr. Jefferey Pham, who was wonderful with my daughter, and Dr. Hien Nguyen, who took great care of me. Both dentists were approachable, attentive, and genuinely cared about our well-being. Joyce, our dental hygienist, was skilled and gentle while taking X-rays and performing our cleanings.

The overall atmosphere of the clinic was welcoming and professional, making for a positive experience. I am relieved to have found a dental practice that truly values its patients. I wholeheartedly recommend Diamond Coast Dental to anyone seeking a supportive and caring dental environment!

Awful, took so long to get X-rays, blamed me for not biting down correctly when she didn’t even place the bite wing correctly. Then I aspirated water when getting cleaning done since the hygienist only used the suction device 4 times in 15 minutes and the water pressure was really strong and actually even hurt even though I have never had a cavity. They claim to be gentle dentistry but even the least painful thing is a routine cleaning and I can’t imagine a wisdom tooth extraction. Nobody really identified themselves and sure didn’t go over and make sure medical history was correct. Stick with a little family dentist office and don’t worry about the latest equipment because there is many more qualified people even if the equipment quality is older.

I switched to this office after having a negative experience at another local office. The staff is friendly and Dr. Ben is the best. He has replaced several fillings without any pain at all. He explains everything and makes the process as comfortable as possible.

Highly reccomend. The staff is very professional and polite. They are knowledgable in both procedures and working with your Insurance and billing. The Dentist clearly explained the work that was needed and gave all options to choose to complete the work. The atmosphere there is very relaxing. The big screen TV in the front waiting area plays soothing music with beautiful destinations videos.

Love this office!
Dr. Pham and his staff are very professional and super friendly. I am terrified of the dentist, but they always make me feel so comfortable. I always look forward to my appointments with them.
