I just finished my Invisalign treatment at Suburban Square Dentistry and I’m absolutely delighted with the results. The transformation in just six months is remarkable. Relatively inexpensive, as far as I know, compared to other Invisalign dentists. Staff across the board, from the front office to the dental staff, were professional and polite. All my questions throughout the course of treatment were patiently answered. Highly recommended.

I haven't experienced anything like this before. I had a good experience on my first visit—I had a broken filling that was fixed very quickly (though not properly as I know now), and the staff was friendly. I booked a teeth cleaning appointment for two weeks later, considering this place for my regular dental checkups and treatment.

On my second visit, I received news from the doctor that the new filling was cracked and needed to be replaced. When I mentioned that it had only been two weeks since I got this filling, the doctor seemed annoyed and, in a high-pitched tone, mostly blamed me for grinding my teeth. I was stunned because the last thing that I expected is being yelled by the doctor. He said it was my choice, but he would replace it free of charge. Needless to say, I didn’t feel like coming back.

The next day, I booked an appointment at another clinic. They couldn’t believe that this was a new filling and kept telling me that there was a cavity that hadn’t been taken care of. They spent much more time properly fixing my tooth and charged half of what Dr. Wollock did.

Dentistry at Suburban Square was just a nightmare for me. Now I understand why other dental clinics have an average of 200 reviews, while Dentistry at Suburban Square has around 1,300. The fake good ratings were very misleading.

Hope this helps someone avoid being fooled by the image of a successful business while receiving poor-quality treatment and experiencing the doctor's unprofessional attitude.

My reply to doctors comment: There was no option between a crown or a filling. The filling was the doctor’s suggestion, and he recommended a crown in the future. Why not own up to your mistake instead of lying about things? Also, my new filling from another clinic is great, and I’m glad I didn’t agree to the ‘free’ filling from this doctor (again, his suggestion was another filling). I paid the other professional to do a quality job, and I’m happy with the result. Please choose another clinic to treat your teeth if you can. Stay safe out there!

I truly enjoyed the experience with the Invisalign. No pain, easy to insert and remove when brushing teeth. I can actually see the teeth moving and can’t wait to see the next session. Jen does a wonderful job and surely makes sure I’m ok Doc is really great too🙂

Long story short, I was going to the same dentist for my entire life and it unfortunately shut down in 2022. Needless to say I’m a little particular with other dentists…anyway I found this place at my wife’s recommendation. It was quick, painless, and everybody was friendly. Stephanie was great too, very knowledgeable and answered all my questions. This practice will have my business for as long as I live in the area without a doubt!

I got my first set of retainers and couldn’t be more excited and nervous. Super casual procedure where they instructed me how to put on and take off my retainers as well as my other sets and the plan to move on to them. I am grateful and satisfied.
