I'm a total COWARD when it comes to the dentist and I whole heartedly recommended this office. Each person from the office staff to the dentists themselves are FABULOUS. They are an hour away from whee I live, and I refuse to go anywhere else. They put my mind at ease, and I have taken less and less medication to calm my nerves each appointment. My teeth look and feel great after the extensive work that I needed (I wouldn't even GO to a dentist until it was almost too late). I will be keeping each appointment here without hesitation. Thank you guys for making me feel like I can now breathe a little easier when needing dental attention. I will recommended everyone that I know to this office.

I read all the reviews before coming to this dentist and was very nervous. However, after being there and experiencing it for myself - excellent dentist. The assistants were so sweet & I would recommend coming here. Perhaps everyone has a different experience, but mine was great.

To anyone afraid of dentist Dr.Tom and his staff are outstanding. My teeth were in bad shape I needed to have them all removed. Dr. Gretz senior removed my remaining teeth and placed immediate dentures in. Dr.Tom saw me the next day and weekly for a month. Then monthly until I had my final alignment. I love my teeth . The staff are friendly, professional and very accommodating. From start to finish it was 9 months to a perfect smile. I highly recommend them. Thank you Dr.Tom and your whole crew.

If I could give this place a zero star, I would!! The younger doctor Tom ruined my front tooth. He told me I had an infection in the roof of my mouth after doing antibiotics and no change in the bump in the roof of my mouth. He proceeded with a root canal and more antibiotics, no change. He told me we will have to do a procedure "to drill into my skull" to remove the infection. Although I should have done it sooner, I got a second opinion where they did multiple x-rays to reassure me there was no infection . It was my sinuses pushing down on my mandibular area from having enlarged sinuses. Now I question all of the other dental work done by them. Was it necessary!?! Save yourself the heart ache and your teeth and go somewhere else.

Very professional and compassionate, the assistants and receptionists are always extremely friendly and open for conversation while also focusing on why you’re there. I personally don’t have the best teeth but no one is judgemental on that fact and never put blame on me for my teeth. It a very welcoming and caring environment especially for anyone that is nervous to go or insecure about their teeth. Also very thorough about making sure you’re comfortable before they start anything.

Once again Dr. Tom and Stephanie with her artistic, spa treatment have made my smile something I am finally proud of. I actually look forward going to the dentist now, something I have never experienced in my life. Thank you both so very much!!

In 48 years I have never had such an amazing dentist/surgeon. I'd recommend anyone to Tom Gertz. Professionalism, personality. Well worth the hour drive. His employees are just as pleasent . very cleanly. He pulled my tooth for me this morning and couldn't even feel the needle barely go,in my gum. So impressed, Thank all of you

Dentist is wonderful the receptionist with blonde short hair and glasses is extremely rude and thinks she's better than everyone! She bad mouth's the patients and is extremely lazy. All of the other staff members are very nice. I'll recommend this place but, I gave a one star because of the extremely rude receptionist.
