We really love the hygienist at this office as she is super sweet, personable and great with my kids. Any of the dentists we have seen have also been helpful and kind, but that’s about where it ends. The front desk staff is completely rude, rolls their eyes, is highly unprofessional and never returns your phone calls. I kept receiving a bill for money we did not owe and they refused to help me, shrugged their shoulders and said to figure it out. I continually was hounded via text for a balance of $10 until I just paid the money I did not even owe so I was not sent to collections. Then my children and I were cancelled a few days before for our cleanings with no offer to reschedule or return phone call in about two months. We are done. It’s a shame because the hygienist is so sweet and I wish we could take her with us. She is the one shining star at this place. I dread checking in every time with the front desk because these women are so cold and rude and nothing is done about it. I’m sure it will be quite a “friendly” and smooth adventure getting all of our records transferred. Insert my own eye roll.

No one here answers the phone. You can call 100 times and no one will pick up. The dentists and assistants have all been good but it doesn’t matter if you can’t call to schedule an appointment. You shouldn’t have to walk into the place to schedule an appointment especially if you’re an existing customer.

Front desk folks have never been calling back for years. This seems to be an issue for everyone. The actual dentist seemed fine. I ended up switching because their cash prices are not on par with competition.

Called and left messages all week for a double root canal. Not one return call. This is ridiculous!!
Edit: continued calling with no return calls and have decided to take my business elsewhere. I’m not going to beg to get two root canals! NO ONE should beg for someone else’s business!!
This was my dental office for decades—get back to some professionalism and DO BETTER!
UPDATE: I went to another dental office and they told me I DONT NEED ANY ROOT CANALS!!! It was a TOTAL SCAM!!

I have been calling the Phillipsburg office for a week. They do not answer or call back. They have my dentures and I owe them $$ . I guess they don’t like collecting balances. Paid for most of it already now toothless. Bad business model will be looking for a new dentist

My 1st time here the dentist was very nice helped distract me to ease my anxiety. Made jokes as I'm not a fan of dentist lol. Fast forward a year I needed a filling here and there 😕 Hated the process. The side it was done on I was not able to eat on for weeks so I called. No reply.

Simultaneously, my daughter had work done they charge my insurance not hers and then tried to bill me! granted it was a separate location but equally frustrating.

I've been calling as my teeth they worked on still don't feel right now a year later. I just started eating on that side again. I've left messages with no reply!!! Tragic, meanwhile patients suffer.

AVOID AT ALL COST!

I'm not one to ever leave reviews, but I wanted to warn as many people as I could ahead of time to never step foot in this place. If I could make a million Google accounts and give a million 1-star reviews, I would. I have tried to call these people upwards of 25 times, and I have sent multiple emails. NOT a single response. I called to cancel an appointment because I was so sick of them and I left a voicemail. They then called me on the day of my appointment saying they had to cancel because the hygenist was out. I've never experienced anything like this in my life. The receptionists are lazy and rude. Shame on this place.
