This last visit was great! My appointment time was honored and I was seen rather quickly. They accept walk-ins so expect a wait if you don’t have an appointment. This is a friendly place with a super kid play area. My hygienist was kind and instructive and my dentist was gentle and efficient. One of the receptionists spent a long time on the phone, helping direct someone who had gotten lost. She had lots of patience and didn’t give up on the patient (pun intended)! The waiting room can get crowded and they have a movie showing. Bring a book or something to do while waiting. On a different note, I realized that there are truly no distractions in the exam rooms, once you are taken back: no music, no pictures on the walls, and no use of cellphones tolerated. Happy to report that they have plenty of parking, a plus in my book!

This is seriously a Mickey Mouse operation. The last time I was in there, I was informed by the office staff that there was no reason I was called in for my appointment. After I'd had to leave work for this information. The only reason this office exists is because of Medicaid. Otherwise, Steer clear. I've never had a more surely and unfriendly dentist in my life. The funny thing is, after about two years following my last appointment, they sent a text, telling me I am due for another check up. Good work, ladies.

I just left this dentist office and the experience was terrible. Initially I was taken directly to the back after I arrived and I was 25 minutes late. My appointment was scheduled for 9:30am, I arrived 5 of 10:00am. However", once in the back, I was made to wait long periods of time. The dentist she'd come in exam my teeth, leave, return and do something else, leave again, this happened 4 separate times. I didn't make it out until 1:00pm. I did consider my lateness and her having other scheduled appointments so I took that into consideration. After the x-rays, the dentist told me I had no cavities, and allegedly did a cleaning. She lied!. I clearly had a few cavities that needed fillings and upon me examining my own mouth, I had visible tarter built up on all of my back teeth near the gum line. She left it that way!. She also administered too much numbing medicine and hit my nerve. One side of my face and lip is twisted to the side and drooping. She initially wasn't that welcoming as well, her attitude was not kind but she later seemed slightly more pleasant. I've been trying to call to address my drooping lip and face but no one is answering. I'm concerned!!. I hope this isn't anything serious. I did notice that she'd put way too much numbing solution in her needle but I'm not a dentist so I trusted her. She also stuck the needle extremely deep down in my gums. I've had the same procedure done at a different dental office in the past and I don't remember the dentist going that far down into my gum line, I also didn't experience drooping face and lip. My lip is flat on 1 side and moving to the right side of my face. It looks similar to someone who had a stroke. I'm going to wait and see if this subsides. In the meantime I will continue trying to reach them. I will not be returning back based on the dentist attitude and her hitting my nerve. I didn't feel like I was in good trusted hands and the dentist didn't seem to have a passion for her line of work, seemed more about the money for her.

My appointment was at 1130 I wasn't seen until 130 . Then I heard the one worker say. Hurry up get some more paitants we can't have empty chairs!! OMG 😱 Oh, and nobody ever and I mean ever answers the phone 🤳... It's sad cause the dentist is actually good.

It was my first time ever coming here for my daughter’s first ever dentist appointment. Let me just say, atmosphere AMAZING, people there AMAZING as well! As I read these reviews about the front desk ladies; they were all so welcoming and nice. The dentist that checked my daughter was so gentle and kind with her. And the assistant even put music on for her to help her get comfortable and danced for her! I’m glad to have found this place. The only thing that might be a little bit off putting is the rooms aren’t really private per se, they look more like a cubicle. But other than that it’s a good place to take your children!

I was a walk-in appointment. The staff and dentist were very professional, efficient, and kind. I called other dental offices to see if they accepted state insurance and they didn't bother to even be polite with a simple good bye or appropriate ending of phone call. This happed with multiple dentist offices, after mentioning being on state provided health insurance! Very rude! I had a pleasant dental visit from begining to end with Dental Dreams. I didn't wait long and I was surprised at how smooth everything went. The cleaning was very non invasive compared to other dental cleanings I've had in the past! I highly recommend them.

I was very impressed with the quality and professionalism of the work. My kids love their new toothbrushes in their take home bags and the jungle gym was a very nice distraction for my two youngest. The staff was friendly and attentive, making the experience enjoyable for the whole family. Overall, we had a great visit and will definitely be returning for our next check-up. Thank you for providing such excellent care for my children.

I like the dentist. He's nice and explains what I ask. The wait isn't too bad. Only when I'm tired lol the staff I've had is nice and friendly. I appreciate them.
