I could not recommend Dr Yi higher. I am very nervous going to dentists and put it off too long. When I had an obvious problem with a tooth I finally had to find a dentist. The entire staff was so nice and helpful. Would highly recommend Dental Care of Walnut Creek for anyone that needs a new Dentist!

Been quiet a beautiful experience and very warm atmosphere. I especially never did like visiting the Dentist growing up, but However I feel so relaxed when I come in for my appointments for cleaning and for the very first time in 60 years I needed a Crown. Unfortunately, though my experience with Dr Marasco has been great, the office staff has a lot of miscommunication and misinformed employees.

I took two days off from work to 1) ensure my appointment would go smoothly 2) my actual appointment. Here we are on the day of my appointment and I had to cancel it. The front office staff previously told me that my husband had to be present when using his CareCredit card. I asked them if it would be possible to bring him in and have the authorization done before my appointment because he's leaving town for work and won't be around on the actual day of my appointment. They said yes. We both take a day off to deal with this, they scan his ID and his CareCredit card and put it on file. I'm told it's all good and this will be sufficient. Here we are on the day of my appointment and Rayla (front office) tells me she can't process the CareCredit card because the person's name on the acct has to be present every single time the transaction is made.

So here I am with $14 less dollars because of toll and $40 less dollars for the gas my 6.4L engine used to get here both days, and 2 days of work less money. All because the front office staff has no idea what they're doing and do not communicate with each other.

Not to mention, I have used my husband's CareCredit card for years at my old dentist office without him present and at our vet's office using just the mobile app. Last time I checked, my 5 animal's names nor my name, were on that card and still we were able to use it.

I will be taking my cash elsewhere and giving it to a company that cares about their impact on their patients.

Everyone at this office from the front staff to the hygienist and dentists is so kind, professional and welcoming. They are always on time and I have had nothing but great experiences here over the last few years. Dr. Abdou is always very pleasant and takes his time. Definitely recommend this office!

I heartily recommend this dental business. Dr Yi is a most wonderful dentist, kind and he knows his stuff. I am so glad I am his patient, and he tends to the dental needs of both my daughters and my granddaughter as well.

I had been to 2 or 3 dentist and requested for an implant but they all said it could not be done. Dr. Marasco on the other hand took on the challenge and said it would be difficult but not impossible. The staff couldn't be more accommodating and friendly. Everyone puts your mind at ease & explains procedures thoroughly. The service they provide is stellar yet the prices are reasonable. BTW - the atmosphere and decor are like nothing I've ever experienced - clearly designed to take your mind off of being at the dentist. My family had been with the same dentist forever but our insurance changed. I didn't think we'd ever find an office we loved as much. Dare I say - we did ... and then some!
