My dental hygienist Brittany B. was amazing! She notified me if there were or were not any extra charges for services or products. She educated me on what was going on with my teeth and even verified why I had been living with some concerns that were out of my hands. I had a very enjoyable visit and will be a returning customer!

This was the first time I was at Dental Care so wasn’t quite sure what to expect. It was a very welcoming environment from the moment I walked in the door. The ladies at the front desk were super friendly and helpful.
The dental hygienist was amazing. She explained everything in detail and didn’t have a negative vibe like a lot of them do when you tell them you don’t floss daily 🤷🏼‍♀️ She made me feel relaxed and comfortable for the e tire visit. 10/10 I would recommend this place!

I'm sure the dental staff are great as other reviews mention, but we didn't even make it past the front desk staff.

1) We called to establish my husband as a new patient. I gave them insurance info upfront. They said they would check it the day before his appointment and if they had any issues connecting my husband to my insurance, they'd give me a call. They did not call, and they did not have the insurance handled before my husband arrived. Apparently there was no record at all of the information I'd given up front.

2) The appointment I made was, to my understanding, a cleaning. I even asked on the phone when scheduling the appointment how long the cleaning would take. They said they block off 1.5 hrs but it usually takes 1 hr. There was no statement saying it was not actually a cleaning. Every other dentist I've ever been to establishes patient care with a cleaning, x-rays, and the development of a plan of care. Not here. My husband left with a plan of care, and that's it. The plan of care indicated that the next appointment would be a debridement. The next appointment they had for that was a month out.

3) Less than a week before the next appointment, I get a call from the front desk stating that they needed to schedule a debridement before doing fillings. I was confused as my understanding was that the next appointment was a debridement, NOT fillings. They asked to squeeze the debridement in a few days before the "fillings" appointment.

That was the final straw for us. Why would we trust our dental care to an office that doesn't have their ducks in a row? We'll go elsewhere.

I am reminded of the professionalism of the practice and staff each time I come. My appointment is on time and all costs and charges are discussed ahead of time. It is a pleasure to get my dental work done here
