My appointment was punctual. My intake was efficient. The staff is friendly. Kerrie was fantastic cleaning my teeth! Billing is always well informed prior to leaving the appointment.

Switched to this dentist and explained I am only available on Fridays. They set me up with a dentist for a consult (can't do a cleaning at the same time) and after the consult they were going to schedule for a cleaning. They told me the dentist they scheduled me with doesn't see patients on Fridays, so now I need to consult with a different dentist.. then to top it off I was told my cleaning appointment would be fully covered by insurance and I recieved a bill for 130 dollars a month later for that appointment. Not happy

Was inquiring about a broken filling, new patient. While on hold the advertised message I heard over the phone was how they’d work with you and make sure you say yes! Well, the receptionist gave me a single option and asked if that would work. I said no, and so she said, “Have a good day.” Hung up the phone. So much for working with me.
