5 TIMES now my mom shows up for an appointment here and they say sorry you're not in the schedule. WHILE SHE'S HOLDING THE REMINDER CARD THAT THEY FILLED OUT THE DATE AND TIME. 5 TIMES. My experiences here are different but equally as frustrating and unbelievable. Taking my money and time elsewhere, as are my entire family.

Dental Associates of Greenville have been doing our dental work for 8 years. The staff is top rate and professional from the front desk to the assistants and doctors. We have had dental emergencies come up and are worked in ASAP. Our treatments have always been taken care of as painlessly as possible. We appreciate this group of knowledgeable caring folks.

The hygienists are great and pleasant to work with. The doctors twice worked on the wrong tooth and cost me money by forcing me to get a root canal. When I explained it to the main office they acted as if they cared but did nothing about it. Not even a discount to help pay for mistakes. I was forced to find a new dentist.

I actually use to go to a different location, until I went to this one. This one just felt like different in a good one, and cleaner. I felt comfortable here and they listened to me and gave me feedback with my smile. I really really like my RDH Lisa. She is the reason I came to this location.

My husband went for a cleaning and they did 1/2 of a cleaning. Then he thought he was going back to have a cavity filled and the did the other 1/2 of the cleaning! Both times he needed to pay $50 copay. What a racket. It sure is not the same dental associates that helped us through the costs of three kids in braces at the same time. What a disappointment. We won’t be returning

Dr. McLeun is great. He is always going above and beyond to make sure everything is done right. I love my dental hygienist as well. She does a fantastic job making my teeth feel clean.

I got my teeth cleaned with Holly. She did an amazing job, and had a lot of patience with me when it was x ray time with my gagging. Dr. Sean was great. No cavities. Can't wait for my next Cleaning in July😁😁
