I have been to Dental Associates twice now and I cannot say enough how amazing they are! Super kind and had me laughing the whole visit, both times! Everyone I worked with - from the doctor, to both of the hygienists were all so nice. I believe one of them was named Tammy? Anyways, I was nervous to get back into going to a dentist again and I was so thankful I chose this clinic! They were also super gentle, honest and open to answering any and all of my questions. I plan to be coming back for years to come! 🙂

Year long process of going through work to get dentures. Process should have been completed today. I've attended all of my appointments, and even was flexible if they needed to change one short notice.

They never called in advance to tell me my dental appliances were not in/may not even make it in today. They then allowed me to wait almost thirty minutes under the guise of it might arrive to then tell me that they would not have an idea of when it arrived.

In order to tell me that it may not be today, a person who I do not know, who did not identify themselves but was dressed in scrubs said they'd call (hard to believe at this point given the day and actions demonstrated thus) and told me to head on out. They could not provide any timeframes or rescheduling.

I understand that real life happens, but holy bananas batman the lack of professionalism has been real today.

This is a company that has a system that emails, texts and even can call you to warn you about an upcoming appointment and used to warn of financial penalties if you are unable to provide ample notice to change an appointment. However, they're 100% cool with screwing you and your time and not communicating with you.

The only reason this is a 2 star is because the staff, mostly the hygienist I've dealt with the most during this has been an amazing human, even when the dentist showed up (once) almost 20 minutes late to an appointment. He wasn't even in the building yet that day...

Also I warned the receptionist about a safety and slip hazard of snow and ice leading into their building this morning, was told they would handle it, and it was still there 30 minutes later when I was leaving the office. I guess slipping on their snow and ice provides them potentially new clients who may need dental work after smashing into the concrete. Who knows?

We had our teeth cleaned by Carrie and she did a great job. Dr Cheney is so friendly and nice. He has a great team, Sarah at the desk is kind and does a great job! Thank you we had a great experience at the dental office.

Greenville office was friendly and helpful. Appleton, and Green Bay are difficult to get in for my mother in to have her tooth. If it is an urgent matter, I suggest trying someone else. I also could not get a copy of the referral to get her in somewhere else. Is it not the priority of doctors to take care of their patients regardless?

Lauren did my cleaning, and she answered all of my questions and did a fantastic job!
Dr. Kim, on the other hand, I was less than pleased with. He came in to look at a spot Lauren was concerned about, and he came off as extremely irritated and rude - not only to me, but to staff as well. I understand that things are not always comfortable for patients, but he was twisting my head quite aggressively and pushing/scraping pretty hard on a sensitive spot in my mouth. He also hardly spoke to me - he spoke ABOUT me like I wasn’t in the room.
He told Lauren to get an individual xray of the spot, so at the end of the appointment, she walked me to his cubicle. He looked and sounded visibly annoyed that she wanted him to review the xray that HE told her to do. He went into his cubicle and didn’t say a single word to me.
I find this behavior unprofessional, and completely unacceptable. If this is normal behavior for him, I feel very sorry for any staff or patient that has to deal with him.

The staff is very welcoming and very informative. They answered any questions I had. They went above and beyond to even find out why I had a copay. My insurance had changed and I was not aware. So I highly recommend this place. The staff is amazing!!

Patient of Dental Associates of Appleton since 1999. Have always experienced high quality dental care, good humor and patient friendly care. Dr. Cheney is one of the best. I look forward to visits. Both bridges obtained in 2000 are still fully functional and have not required follow-up. Two extractions on two separate occasions were each performed painlessly. I can recommend DA for all dental issues.

My appointment was just for a cleaning but the young dentist lady was extremely gentle and made my cleaning experience enjoyable with some beneficial preventative tips. That's my place!
