I've been at Del Rosa Villa for six weeks and have been very happy with the people and services provided. I'm especially impressed with CNA attendants Ms Leila Nader and Ms Fang. Extremely courteous and caring. They really try to make you as comfortable as possible. Terry C.

I have been at this facility since March 1,2024. I have Leila Nader as my CNA she is so awesome. Leila is so caring and respectful. Very helpful and is always making sure my needs are taking care of in a timely manner.

My sister died there in March of this year. I had an incident of a staff member speaking to me rudely and condescendingly while on the phone. This happened while our family was at the mortuary taking care of my sister's plans for her service. I was told she was the person I needed to speak to. Under the circumstances, she could have just forwarded me to the right person without all the attitude. None of the staff I met were like her. Right now we are trying to deal with my sister's death and questions we have her care. I am speaking for my feelings.

Molly has been really terrific. I was having some issues with my daughters care and she addressed it within 10 minutes. The gentleman in physical therapy is a true miracle worker. He was able to consistently work with my daughter an after a full yr was has been able to get herself out of bed and to the bathroom! He has only worked with her for three weeks. You have to be patient with the staff as they are always extremely busy attempting to care for each patient. There are also some exceptionally CNA’s that go out of there way to provide extra time and care. I have found each time I call they jump into quick action and for that I’m extremely grateful. Thank you to all the staff on behalf of myself and my daughter.

All the kitchen staff were great. They communicate very well about dietary necessities and food alternatives.
All in all I was treated very decent. I know some people are unhappy but this kind of jobs require a strong heart. All my needs were pretty much met. I got checked on often. And the best part is that I'm well enough to go home. Thank you to all the staff. And I thank Hailey for coming through with getting me to go home this soon ♥️

My name is James and I am currently at Del Rosa Villa moved here from what's dubbed a world class hospital by review and I must say that I've had nothing but the best professional and personal experiences while here and I have yet to even witness otherwise. My medical conditions and my personality present a number of challenges to even the most skilled and tolerant but the staff here goes well above and beyond job description from the nursing staff to social workers to maintenance to housekeeping...everyone here has been great without exception and my conditions both medical and personal have improved greatly as a result of the care I've received here. And if it's of any concern, the food is amazing.
