Happy that they were accepting new patients. But my appointment was still 2 months out. I had been having a problem with a tooth. Had been in quite a bit of pain. They were willing to get me in the following day. However, was not able to make the time with my work schedule on a Friday. So they made sure to get me in the following monday!

I was brought back to an exam room promptly/on time. Was given my options, a plan of attack and they instantly, within the same visit, were able to help ease my pain!

Everyone I came across in the office was personable, professional, up beat, kind/caring and ready to get down to business to help me in my time of need. Really appreciative of their services and caring professionalism.

Clinic was spacious, clean/tidy. Glad to have found such a great dental office so close to home!

DPS is the bee's knees! It's always a positive and pleasant experience when I go in for an appointment. The front desk ladies are super nice and friendly. They gladly answer the many questions that I have with scheduling and insurance. Kaitlyn, my hygienist, does a excellent job with my cleaning and makes me feel completely at ease. When Dr. Peterson looks at my teeth, I trust him completely with what he has to say. Best of all, they don't judge when I admit my flossing habits are mostly "aspirational." 🙂

Wonderful professional staff. I don’t feel pressure to sell me on a procedure I don’t need! Kristine my hygienist is always personal and informative. I look forward to seeing her. Dr Maggie makes me comfortable and I trust her recommendation for my dental health!

The staff here are amazing and so comforting. They do not pressure you into anything you don't want to do. Super understanding especially with utilizing your insurance. Their office setting is very clean and very welcoming. If you have alot of anxiety about dental work I highly recommend De Pere Smiles. We drive just about 35 minutes just to go to them. They are worth the travel!!!

I have always had great anxiety when going to a dentist. I white knuckle the entire time. This was now my 3rd visit in the past 3 months. Each time my experience was great. Such a caring team of professionals. Dr jack is awesome. My dental hygienist Kayla is the best. I now look forward to going back to the dentist. Thank you so much for the great care you’ve all given me.

Here for my 3rd visit now. Each visit has been no hassle. The building is clean. Great employees from the dentist to front desk. Everyone has been helpful, kind and did their jobs extremely well. By far the best dental experience I’ve had in my life. I would highly recommend.

De Pere Smiles is wonderful! They were extremely helpful, kind and even comforting with my 6 year old daughter who was in some pain. They Helped us find the issue and we're able to help get my daughter some relief. Front desk was also very kind and helpful every step of the way.💗

As a new patient, with a dental emergency, Julie was excellent! I stopped in to update them on my "situation" and she worked her magic to get me in that same day! Although we ultimately couldn't restore the crown that I had lost, they walked me through my options, and came to a solution we both could agree on.

Dr. Jack was very professional, and despite his age, reminded me of the dentist I had as a child. I felt at ease with the procedures needed to restore my lost tooth and his explanation of the treatment solution.

Would highly recommend!!!
