I have no complaints. Made my appointment (easy) got to my appointment filled out the usual paperwork didn't wait long till I was called
And from there on it was easy and fast. The doctors and nurses were beyond friendly , I felt comfortable and I will be back ! 😊

There are a few reasons for this review. (ani hate leaving negative feedback 🙁 ) but I think it’s important for Denova to hear feedback from patients and also inform the public of my experience.

1st reason for this review, My last talk therapy session I exposed some very deep personal information about myself, a comment was made that I should “try and date people with the same issue”. I felt very defensive and isolated by that comment and instead of being questioned why that made me defensive I felt like i was met with defensiveness.

2nd reason.
After my first appointment with Natalia I was instructed to call my insurance and find out if the would cover genetic testing. As soon as I got off the zoom meeting I did exactly what i was told to do and called my insurance. They said if I had a prep authorization from a doctor they would cover it, so I called Denova back and told the staff exactly what they said. They said they would contact me when the doctor sent the pre authorization. I never heard back from them. 2 days later, I followed up…. and then again 2 days later. I was informed they put out an “urgent message” and then 1 week later when i hadn’t heard back I reached out again, and was told the same thing…. never heard back.

Go to the next week (the day of my second appointment with Natalie) and I call the office to inform that I can’t zoom but i can have a phone conversation and never heard back from my doctor and then got a text that i missed the appointment. I STILL HAVE NOT GOTTEN A PRE AUTHORIZATION from the the doctor.

It’s really sad when you pay people to try and help better your life and make your mental health better and they end up making you feel more alone and more stressed than ever. so long story short, I won’t be continuing with Denova and I will inform my friends and family not to waste their time. Even if there are good providers, there is zero communication, which is literally the skills i’m supposed to be learning.

Do not use this clinic if you don't have to. Find a doctor anywhere else other than here. These people are so incompetent and the person you are always calling to speak to is either never there or the front desk has no clue when they will ever be there. Don't waste as much time as I have trying to find out what's wrong with you or it may be too late with these people.

Positive reviews on here are fake. The doctor tells them to write them, or so I've heard, from reliable sources (ex-employee). All of my family members and I have had the worst experience here. The doctor and the staff could not care less about you. The clinic itself is filthy! They give you a paper cup for your urine test and ask you to walk with it down the hall. GROSS! I'm glad the lady walking around with her piss next to me did not trip! Boy would you have been sued so bad De Novo Health Care! The Doctor screwed up my medication multiple times, and laughed at my stomach pain saying "Oh iz no big deal, sock it op" How about some English classes you witch.

I went tot my doctor appointment today.. and there was one receptionist was just being rude and disrespectful.. you shouldn’t be working there. Little girl if your gonna be rude and unprofessional.. I hope they remove you byee

I was looking at reviews looking for clincs on where to go, i was hesitatant about coming here because of the bad reviews. Well let me tell you they are false! I was called right away and didnt even wait a long wait at all, the front ladies were very friendly and they were very friendly nurses also they made me feel very welcomed. The doctor was super nice , caring ,answered all my questions. Didnt seem to be rushing me at all, like most doctors ive seen thats what i loved about this doctor. And the Nurse Anayely i believe was very friendly and caring especially on my time of need!

Going to this clinic was the worst experience I ever had!My story is really long but I want everyone to know every detail of what i went threw in this clinic.
I went to this clinic because I was having vaginal discharge, and I was really worried about it.They brought me in to the back and asked me what was the reason for my visit, So I explained my situation to the nurse and then asked me a couple questions.(NO URINE) was asked for. Doctor did a PAP on me and seen the discharge and told me OH YES!!There is an infection I can see it ,so then Prescribed me Vaginal Cream ( Miconazole 7) for 7 days .Then asked me (Doctor) to make an appointment in the front for 2 weeks for my Lab Results (PAP). A week went by and my body was just feeling different .I took a Home pregnancy test and (BOOM POSITIVE!) Days went by and i go in for my results. She brings me in the room tells me so you do have an infection,but don’t worry is nothing that can’t be taken care of. I replied well my discharge is way more than last time I was in, and now it looks different and has an odor .She said I’m going to prescribe you (Clindamycin)TABLETS .Then I replied don’t you think the discharge is because I’m Pregnant and she goes 😦 (Your Pregnant I said YES) I asked her I don’t understand why you guys didn’t take a URINE SAMPLE when I came in she replied (I DONT KNOW)I was like (WTF) are you serious ! I was trying not to be a pain in the butt Since I’m also in the Medical Field and I know how sometimes patients are Hard to work with.Then she did another (PAP) Then told me if the Discharge don’t go away with (CLINDAMYCIN) Then your Boyfriend needs to be checked to see if he is the one with the Infection. I went home .You guys know when we are pregnant our Hormones are all messed up so I started thinking my man was sleeping with somebody else. I told my Boyfriend ,and he said I was crazy ,and told me I will go in so schedule me an Appointment to prove you I don’t have anything. We went in to the Appointment.My Boyfriend was Called to the back they withdraw blood on him and took him to the room and he told me the Doctor went in and asked him what was reason for his visit he told her that he was my boyfriend so he wanted to me checked ,then she replied (I don’t need to see you) let me just give you the same medication I gave her. She called me back and asked me what medícation I was given the last time I replied CLINDAMYCIN I told her I still had the discharge . So the she Prescribed me that day (CEPHALEXIN 500mg)Generic Brand for Keflex.I asked her if it wouldn’t affect my baby she said no I replied I’m less than 3 months and you already gave me 3 different medications she said it was fine.About 2 weeks went by and on a Sunday I started having a sharp pain on my lower abdominal and I searched up any clinics that were open I found
(GYN EMERGENT CARE CENTER) I went and told the Doctor all the medication I had taken she was like 😳, and just said well I don’t know why you were Prescribed all those medications and said I don’t Prescribe my patients anything before 12 weeks. Then that’s when I said I’m done with this clinic!! I went in and told them if I can have copies of my records the girl in the front said (NO) since I was pregnant and I didn’t want to argue I just said ok I will have my new Doctor ask for them she said ok.Everyone told me to SUE but I Prayed to God to give me a healthy baby and i will not Sue . I had little complications but nothing too big .Now I have a Healthy 3 month old baby ,but I will never go here again!!Took me a few months to post this review but I want everyone to know my story.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS! There are better clinics out there. Their charlatans will spend no more than one minute with you, and when you express a concern they don't even look at you and try to kick you out as fast as possible. They NEVER keep their appointments on time. If I have an appointment they see me a MINIMUM of 45 MINUTES LATER. Oh, and to top it off, the doctor was supposed to send my prescription to my pharmacy and SHE NEVER DID. I'm glad it wasn't heart medication. WHAT A JOKE. PATHETIC EXCUSE FOR A DOCTOR.
