The care with Dr Ludington was so very awful. He is very unprofessional, extremely rude, disrespectful, and should be out of practice. I have been a Surgical Nurse for decades and have never met a Medical Provider as awful as him. Do not take your children or any loved ones to him.

I got all 4 of my wisdom teeth removed by Dr. Ludington. I was so nervous, especially when I came on google and read reviews. But with how good Dr. Ludington is, there is minimal pain!! Took ibuprofen and Tylenol for the pain which was plenty. I healed in a day or two. My nurse asked me several times how I was feeling when I woke up before she moved me, even though I kept telling her I felt fine. They don’t just wake you up and shoe you out the door.

This is the rudest office I've ever been to.

I brought a client in for oral surgery. The office knew his insurance prior to seeing him. They encouraged him to accept a service that they (after the fact) said wasn't covered. Then demanded loudly in front of other clients to be paid hundreds of dollars on the spot. This was for a cognitively disabled adult on assistance.

I will never ever ever bring a client or family member there again.

From getting my referral to getting three teeth removed, two of which were wisdom teeth, this office as a whole has been amazing. I’m terrified of dentists and was even nervous going here but dr ludington made me feel so comfortable and helped me understand treatment and aftercare to a T. Nurses were awesome too kept my mind busy so I didn’t worry bout what was going on. First time anesthesia also and it was a breeze. Will gladly go back if I have any problems.

My husband had 2 of his teeth removed this morning and we could not be happier with Dr. Ludington and his staff.
Prompt service and very kind. We were in and out within an hour!
Dr. Ludington provided my husband with all of the necessary directions for after care and pain medication for the removal of his teeth.
Very pleased and would recommend for anyone needing oral surgery.

Actually no stars. Office staff was rude, not wearing name tags, I had to contact my dentist office to finally get the info needed to run my insurance. The receptionist stated I had to complete and sign the consent-I said absolutely not without seeing the Dr. First!! The consent form was never completed. One comment was, "we do this all day every day" when answering my questions. The rooms smelled nasty, patient chair was old and uncomfortable. I was blindfolded-assistant said so no thumb prints on my forehead? Being blindfolded caused great anxiety for me. Both the Dr. and Assistant spoke from behind me when explaining procedure and after care. At checkout I had to write my credit card number on a form....they dont run electronically

So many HIPPA violations!!! I could hear Dr. talking to patient in another room about the 4 extractions to be done, then Dr. made a comment about that patient to me!! Dr. received a phone call on his cell phone shortly after numbing me-I heard the conversation including patients name-and Dr. never changed his gloves after handling phone! At least 4 interruptions from assistants with updates on other patients who were post op, discussing discharge or treatment needed. Another interruption was an office girl to discuss the lawn/yard service! Dr. discussed his Lexus battery and employee health insurance changes while extracting my tooth-and was very rough.

This was the most unprofessional healthcare encounter I have ever had to endure. I was sent home with steroids and antibiotics for 3 days. 8 days later I went to my own dentist with continued irritation, swelling, and infection-and needed to be on steroids an additional 6 days, and antibiotics for 10 days. DONT GO TO THIS FACILITY/DR!!!

My wisdom teeth extraction went very well. Although they were busy that day, the doctor still came in and explained everything to me. The assistant was very pleasant, as well. I would recommend.

Incredibly professional. Dr. Ludington is extremely confident and assured me of no complications. I had my wisdom teeth removed in what felt like only 5 minutes. The staff is also very caring. Extremely satisfied.
