I'm surprised to see positive reviews...

Unfortunately, my experience with David left much to be desired. In fact, I don't feel that he conducted himself in a professional manner. For starters, he never bothered to introduce himself and tell me his name. He asked me the same questions over and over, which told me that he wasn't paying close attention to our conversation and my answers. And he seemed to be lacking in emotional intelligence; there was no warmth, little empathy, no compassion -- not much humanity. He also did a number of odd things, such as presenting me with a folder full of codes and procedures when I asked a specific question about the treatment. I didn't understand the jargon in the folder, and so my question was never answered. It was quite bizarre!

Again, I'm surprised to see positive reviews, and I find myself wondering if they are real... My heart goes out to people whose health -- and perhaps very existence -- are in David's hands.
