Dr. Krivoy and his staff are extremely caring and careful. I had pre-operative tests just recently, but because my eyes were so dry, they need to be done again so the surgery can be as accurate as possible. Rescheduling with the holidays and my travel schedule was difficult, but Sonia made it work.

It is properly staffed by attentive and efficient associates, resourced with vanguard Zeiss equipment, and Dr. Krivoy himself is about as "non-doctor" in his attitude as it gets -- professional but personable. Imagine that?

The level of efficiency can be somewhat daunting as one is whisked in and out of various testing rooms to keep things moving, but ultimately makes for a positive experience.

My only grouse is from a visit where my eyes were dilated, and I didn't get any kind of temporary sunglasses -- I had to drive at a crawl in the blinding sun to purchase some overpriced "shades" at a 7-11. Likely my fault for not asking, but…
