I just have to jump in and say how amazing Dr. Dan Beroukhim is, especially with all these random negative reviews popping up from people who haven’t even been to his office! It blows my mind that someone would give a one-star rating without knowing what they’re talking about.

I’ve been a patient for about three years now, and let me tell you, I’m not an easy one! I’m terrified of blood tests, flying, and – you guessed it – the dentist. I often walk in feeling super anxious, and sometimes I even end up shedding a few tears due to my anxiety. But every single time, Dr. Beroukhim has been nothing short of fantastic.

He’s incredibly kind, super knowledgeable, and has the patience of a saint. I’ve had cleanings, a teeth pulled, a cavity filled, and I just got my first implant done by him. I can honestly say that I’ve never felt any pain. He checks in with me constantly to make sure I’m okay, which helps put my mind at ease. It is so important because I want to make sure I don’t avoid coming for checkup and actually take care of any problem that might come up.

What I love most is his ability to handle my anxiety with a great mix of professionalism and humor. He knows just how to keep me calm and distracted. He takes the time to explain everything to me and he is so patient.

If you're on the fence about visiting a dentist, I can't recommend Dr. Beroukhim enough. He’s truly made my dental experience way better than I ever thought it could be. I only trust him. Thanks to you and your team! You’re the best!

If you want a dentist that has minimal attention to detail for their patients’ identity security, then this is the dentist for you!

Full disclosure: I never write reviews, it’s a pain to do so and I feel that it’s generally not worth my time. But this was perhaps the most unprofessional interaction I’ve ever had with a healthcare provider that I feel obligated to share so that future patients can better analyze the risks they are taking.

After making my appointment, I receive a phone call from a number I do not know, and was not expecting to receive. Without introducing themselves, the receptionist asks for me to verify my insurance prior to the appointment. After giving it to her multiple times and her saying that my insurance member ID number was incorrect, she asked me for my SOCIAL SECURITY NUMBER as an alternative form of verification! This is a blatant disregard for patients’ identity security and increases the risk of identity fraud.

I immediately cancelled the appointment and will not be seeing this dentist. As a first time patient, if my dentist cannot be bothered to train staff on patient confidentiality, privacy and security, then it makes me nervous letting him (i) have access to my medical history where it could be breached or (ii) drill into my teeth, perform oral surgery, etc. knowing that his attention to detail is severely lacking in the most basic forms.

I strongly urge all first time (and current) patients to reconsider seeing this dentist. Medical history and patient privacy and security is not a priority for this practice and you are increasing your risk of having your data breached and your identity stolen if you continue to go to this practice.

It looks weird that doctor Dan has more than 200 reviews in Zocdoc app and just couple reviews here in Google maps. Also there's no photos of the doctor's office on Google maps. I decided to not visit this doctor because of it.

Dr Dan is probably my favorite dentist I’ve ever had. He’s friendly, quick/efficient, clear, and transparent. Highly recommend.
