I normally HATE the dentist…. But not this one! The positive reviews are legit, which is why after not having been to a dentist in 7 years… I was terrified but willing to try them. From the second I stepped in they could tell I was anxious and didn’t want to be at “the dentist” but continuously reassured me we can take it at my own pace. Thank goodness I put my trust in them!

Dora the office manager, is just the sweetest and kind hearted person, and helped me from running out the door. Alejandra was also very kind and sincere. We ended up having amazing conversations before and after my dental exam with the dentist. Many thanks to Breanna who took care of my X-rays and my much needed cleaning! She was a joy to talk to throughout the procedures.

I was very blessed to get booked with Tuan Nguyen as my dentist. Even though I had some cavities and some cracked teeth in the very back from clenching, he didn’t make me feel depressed, upset or have negative thoughts about it. In fact, I feel very excited and positive about the plan they put together and reassured any and all work needed will be as stress free as possible. I already have 2 appointments booked, and do not feel ashamed unlike the previous place where I was so traumatized it took years for me to be willing to see a dentist again.

If you are scared, hesitant, anxious or anything in between, Cypress Smiles will take good care of you and you should feel better about yourself after leaving than before you went in. I wish I could give them more than 5 stars! Thank you all… I will see you soon!

I just had 2 fillings refilled and it was completely pain-free and actually very pleasant! The entire staff from the receptionist, to the dental assistant, and, of course, the dentist are incredibly friendly and caring. I felt well cared for and listened to. I highly recommend Cypress Smiles!

The first red flag was the dentist admitting my X-rays were not well done. Second was attempting to fear monger me into spending $200+ for a scan they assured me my insurance wouldn’t cover. Lastly, spending two months emailing and calling their office to hear back for finalized insurance quotes and being told “the quotes don’t matter that much anyway.” They are overpriced and unprofessional. Go to Cypress Family Dental instead. Their staff is kind, organized, and efficient.

Great experience. I have intense anxiety going to the dentist and I was really feeling it at the beginning of my first visit. Adrian and Alejandra were so patient with me and really helped me calm down. Dr. Lee was so nice and I appreciated that she explained everything to me thoroughly. I felt genuinely cared about.

I've been coming here for about 3 years now after a bad experience with another dentist trying to do work that was clearly unnecessary. This place is legit. The dentist is great, the staff is friendly and warm, and I've basically had no major issues other than an occasional cavity (which isn't surprising, I am not the best about keeping up). I have full confidence they're honest and doing excellent work. It's efficient, reasonably painless and frankly easy. I was just in a week ago and mentioned I'd had a death in the family recently and I kid you not - I had flowers at my door today from them. Just great human beings. Choose them. You'll wish you had done it sooner.
