Came here a year ago, the dentist recommended quite an amount of unnecessary work, and they
also wouldn’t share my xray with me. They said they would send to another dental office but I was so turned off by the whole experience. Went somewhere else and I just needed something very minor done. They will take advantage of you… go somewhere else.

From the front desk staff to the doctors, I have put my trust in them with my numerous root canals, crowns, and teeth cleaning! This place is great! 5 stars

I've been a patient (and my children) for many years, before the founding dentist sold the practice. I had some extensive work done and most recently two crowns. The staff is friendly and thorough. Dr. Kim is very accomplished and my crowns were completed perfectly. They make sure your questions are answered and that you are happy with the procedures.

Having a great experience at a dentist is not something that is probably said much. I can say without a doubt that my 2 appointments I’ve had were great! I had a lot of anxiety and have had bad experiences with past dentists. Everyone with Cypress Family Dentists were extremely personable and made me feel comfortable. I actually am looking forward to my next appointments to get my smile the way I have always wanted it!!!

I was in the most pain that I have ever experienced and they did nothing to help me. No privacy with open floor plan.Floors are dirty, walls are dirty, seats are dirty. They did not listen to anything I told them. I felt like I was in timeshare with the salesman tag teaming me for a good sale. I have good government insurance and they still want me to pay almost $3000.00 to fix one tooth. I was in a lot more pain when I left. I will not be back.
