Richard is such a great therapist. I really don't know where I would be without his expertise in physical therapy. When I first got to Cynergy I could hardly walk due to my extensive back issues. Now I get around great and I don't even limp. My back is so much better and I can't thank him enough. I highly recommend him and his entire staff. Thank you sir.

The smartest and best physical therapist around is Richard. He can analyze your pain and help you heal. Richard gave me exercises that have helped relieve my scoliosis pain and he helped me rehab after hip replacement therapy. Richard is extremely knowledgeable, he keeps up with the newest techniques and he helps train PTs who are new to the field.

Richard is awesome! I suffered from a low back injury That happened at work. He worked me through the injury and back to work. I am a nurse and I also had a repetitive shoulder injury. Richard taught me exercises to do at home to keep my back and shoulder healthy. As a result of soft tissue repetitive use my hips were hurting. Richard gave several exercises for that as well even though he was not treating me for hip pain. He truly cares about your complete recovery. I fought for Richard even though workman’s Comp wanted to send me somewhere else. Thank you Richard.

Richard was there for me over 20 years ago when I had my ACL replaced. It took three months to get through the regimen, but my knee felt like new afterwards. He was there again when I had to repeat the surgery two years ago. I tried a couple of other places, but when they failed to get me back where I needed to be for my roofing business. Richard is a very knowledgeable and great Therapist. I have went to him for years. I had a Acl knee surgery, he got me back up and running. I have had bulged and herniated discs in my lower back and he got them all straightened out.

I heartily recommend Richard DeKok and Cynergy Physical Therapy. I was referred to Richard as the best manual manipulation therapist in Jonesboro to help me recover from a motorcycle accident. I came to him after being immobilized in back and neck braces for five months. Although my bones healed well, the treatment left me stiff and in pain. When the braces came off, I realized they had become superfluous, because my neck and torso were locked in place even without the braces. Although I was fortunate to be alive after the accident and doubly fortunate to be walking, I wanted to to live an active life. It would not have been possible without the therapy provided by Richard. Before Richard began treating me, I feared that I would have to settle for a much more limited and restricted lifestyle. Richard's manipulations of my neck and back along with the stretches and exercises he showed me enabled me to become more active again. The stretches and exercises help me get going in the morning and keep me flexible. Because of my age and the severity of my injuries, I need maintenance therapy to maintain the level of flexibility he has helped me recover. I am a repeat customer/patient with Richard.
