Our family has been well cared for over the years at Crabtree Dental Center. Recently I missed an appointment due to my phone number being changed. The office staff went out of their way to get ahold of my wife so the appointment could be rescheduled and my new number added to their database. They quickly fit me back into their schedule at a time that would work for me. We have always had exceptional care. Whether it’s a simple cleaning or more in depth treatment, this office provides some of the best services I have ever experienced and I have gratitude to them for that. Highly recommend, can’t say enough good! Keep up the great work.

We are so happy Dr. Crabtree came in after the previous dentist retired. The new hygienist is super gentle, and they aren't scheduling out as far since she started. The place looks great since the remodel and all the equipment is new. I was really nervous when I needed a crown but it was quick and painless. Dr. Crabtree is awesome!

Outstanding experience! New to the community. Don't have an established Dentist. Had a crown break. Call Dr. Crabtree's office. Was placed on a waiting list but was able to be see quickly. Ladies in the front and back were very professional and kind. Dr. Crabtree took great care of me. In and out quickly, no issues! Thank you!

We had a emergency and Crabtree was awesome! I can't thank them enough .... my sons regular dental place is in Boise Id... we were here on vacation for a week and on the way here my sons bracket came off ... Very stressful for us not knowing what to do and preparing for this vacation for half a year ... it was the first thing that happened to start our trip...we had to wait until Monday morning to see anyone and we were able to walk in at 730 am and get immediate help... upon entering the building I was immediately greeted and take in the backroom and helped ...They were so considerate of our situation and treated us so kindly it saved our vacation... I want to personally thank this company for helping my family out in our time of need ... They got us in and out and didn't charge me for the walk in ... Thank you for caring about our situation(my kids comfort and our situation) ... I would at least like to repay by letting people know how good we were treated by this establishment.... You really helped save our family vacation and I really just wanted to say thank you to the guy and gal that were so considerate to us ... I wish many blessings your way ... Thanks again!

I had called to see if I could make an appointment because I chipped a tooth over the weekend and now have an infection. They refused to see me, saying that I’d have to wait months to even be considered for their waiting list. I asked if I could be seen as an emergency patient because I have an infection and was curtly told no. I asked to speak with a manager and was told I was speaking to the manager and that was all they could do.. Maybe it’s just a lack of dentist or not really caring but this place is a bust.. A hustle of a wait to take your money and space out appointments.. I guess I’ll just do what everyone else does in this town, go to grants pass to see a REAL dentist..

Good experience. Was in town on vacation, broke a crown, and they were able to work me in. Very nice folks.
