This establishment is an excellent place to start your recovery journey. The Staff are very knowledgeable and compassionate. They maintain a healthy professionalism while keeping a laid back but attentive approach to meet your recovery needs. The facility is small and very clean, with beautiful attributes. Which amplify comfort, to help soothe the pain of detox and early stages of recovery. Costa Mesa Detox is a place you go to truly heal. Physically, emotional, mentally, and spiritually. Costa mesa detox Is the best detox that i have ever been to it is so beautiful and nice and very clean it's like staying at the Marriott hotel they have a beautiful stream and coy pond in the back yard and the staff here is incredibly amazing and are there to meet all your needs no matter what it is a wonderful and magnificent place if your struggling with alcohol and drug abuse I very highly recommend this place

The Ho Tai Way with Mikel and Dr. Serena Gupta definitely saved my life. I've tried for a decade to quit drinking and deal with depression/anxiety unsuccessfully. I stayed for 30 days since I have small children or I would have stayed longer. The facility was extremely clean, the food was always delicious and the staff was super nice. We did a ton of therapy with yoga, meditation, EMDR, trauma, sound bath and sand play. The AA meetings off campus were actually renewing. I've never felt so understood and heard. Dr. Gupta really understands woman, and what they need to feel important physically and mentally. I haven't had any cravings to drink because of all the emotional support and education I got. The handbook was very thorough. There was free time to play fun games, watch tv shows and decompress everyday after counseling. I was pleasantly surprised to have someone so highly educated grounded and able to relate to my traumas. Self love and empowerment was encouraged and I've found my confidence again thanks to The Ho Tai Way. Mikel was very thorough and friendly to helping me with my initial fears of treatment. I highly recommend The Ho Tai Way to anyone serious about recovery from trauma and addiction. I've never felt so hopeful about my future or my capabilities to recover. I learned so much even origami folding. The staff was very professional as well as friendly and comfortable to be around.
