I took my son in because he has been lightheaded. She did a urine test and 4 different blood tests. Her nurse called today with results and didn’t give me much information at all. I called back to get some questions answered and asked if they could send me the results. The lady I spoke to was not very nice or helpful and hung up before I was even able to ask a question. Speaking to somebody about it later they asked if maybe he could have an ear infection causing the lightheadedness and I realize she didn’t even check his ears. Or throat. She just ordered blood tests that are probably going to cost me an arm and a leg. Really not impressed and will not be going back!
