Good size venue, parking is limited however you can park in the library if they have no event. Great because it has a park next to it. If days are long enough to enjoy.
There is $500. Deposit that you will never get back completely. Because $180. Will go to Roger for cleaning and sanitizing the facilities.
He arrived at my event by 9:50. Telling my family and event staff "you have 10 min to get everything done " and minutes later I here him arguing with the security. How unprofessional 🤨 however my contract asked me to have security until 11pm. Because that was the time I was going to end my lease. Even though I left every thing clean. Thought I would receive $320 back received $266 in the mail Thankful for that 😊 Alice was very nice and to the point.
