I had an appointment scheduled for 11a this morning for a drug screen for employment. They had no idea what I was talking about first of all and when i was addressed it was rude and unprofessional. No one greeted Me or was even friendly for that matter. My nurse Rebecca acted like she had a million better things to do was rude, rush and abrasive and condescending during her portion of my appointment to the point I asked if she had an attitude because that was how she came across. And Stephanie was no better. I wish I would have had a choice in the matter because I WOULD NOT have chosen this place. The floors were dirty and the people were mean. I would rate negative 1 star if it was a choice.

Went for a drug screen for a job. All the ladies were extremely nice and helpful! I was in and out in 10 minutes. I have no idea why this place has such bad reviews, but I had a great experience.

If I could give a -100000 review I would. this place is absolutely horrible. we waited for over an hour for a DRUG SCREEN! A process that takes less than 5 minutes. 11 people were taken back ahead of us during that time until a nurse finally asked us what we were waiting for. (SERIOUSLY?!) the whole time no one had even started any paperwork for him and basically didn’t even know he had checked it. completely unorganized and unprofessional. DO NOT COME HERE. I don’t know how they are even in business. absolutely ridiculous

This is the absolute most unprofessional place I have ever been to. Nobody there seems to have any idea what they are talking about and they have lost my records more than once. I just spent 20 minutes waiting there today for test results which they could not find and were supposed to send me a month ago...and they acted like it was my fault. I hope I never have to go back. Don't waste your time or money here.

This place has the most rude arrogant people I've ever had to deal with in the medical profession. I would advise NO ONE to use this place for ANYTHING. There has to be a better place for emplers to use for physical and any other needs they have.

This place is a joke! They make you make an appointment and I’ve been sitting here for 40 minutes! Why don’t they just tell you to walk in and wait?!
