I am amazed at the care given. The staff is very friendly and someone is always willing to help out. After having my grandpa here for a few weeks I have no complaints. If any issues come up they get addressed quickly. CNA's and nurses are always very 1:1 and answer lights fast. Thank for the amazing care!

Thanks to the Amazing Staff, My Grandma was given the best possible care. Facility Staff Goes above and beyond to ensure comfort. This is 3rd time she has been here and now facility has changed for the better. Truly leadership deserves the compliments. I'M amazed about how much everyone actually cares and how clinically complex the staff is trained.

If you're thinking about yourself or sending a loved one here think again. It is a horrible, despicable place where unprofessional is the standard. If negative star ratings were allowed they would receive -5 ,stars. More to follow...

Amazing and caring staff. Thankful for the everyone working hard. I give gratitude to all the staff for being so amazing. I could never care for my mom at home they way staff does. My mom has been to other nursing homes and they are horrible compared to cornerstone

My mother was referred here for post op therapy rehabilitation after she fell and fractured her femur. The staff was very caring, polite and were always available to answer any of our questions. Within a month she was walking with help of her walker.

I recently was a pt at Cornerstone Care Center and since my admission the entire staff treated me like I was part of the family. The nursing staff and CNAs always treated me with kindness, care, patience, and top notch skill. I was always clean and my medication was always dispense in a timely manner. The physical therapists worked with me and my conditions. The food was good and they had substitute meal available. The residents were very pleasant to be around them and the facility was neat and clean. Cornerstone has activities available for the residents daily. I would definitely recommend this facility and in the future if I'm in need of of care again I will come back.

All I can say is since New ownership took over this facility, there has been a significant positive change. All the staff is great and the involvement they have with the residents is excellent. I definitely would recommend this facility to any of my family and friends
