I made an appointment to avoid having to wait. I guess they don’t honor appointments. My appointment was at 1:15 and at 1:45 I still hadn’t been called back and 2 people were still ahead of me. I spent my entire lunch break at this place and ended up having to leave. It’s Monday and now I’ll have to wait until Saturday when I’m off work to come back because of the long wait times. Not looking forward to spending my only off day at this place. Do better!!

I walked in on Friday. Was waiting for an hour. No one at front desk. Only one staff for drawing blood. I went home booked appointment for next day.
Went in on Saturday. They are taking patients based on arrival time. What the hell is going on here? No process in place. Total mess up.

I came here on 11/09/24 at 11:30am for a blood test. From the start, the receptionist’s attitude was unprofessional with every patient she interacted with.

My father arrived at 11:46 AM, after a 40-minute drive, only to be told that they were no longer accepting walk-ins. She said between 11:45am and 12:00pm, it’s by appointment only. She said ‘Those are the rules’. There is no information on the website or anywhere indicating a cut-off time for walk-ins, which led to unnecessary confusion and frustration.

The dismissive attitude felt especially out of place, given that everyone seeking lab work are already dealing with health-related concerns. I would not recommend this lab based on the poor service and lack of transparency in their policies.

Why is THIS LAB LOCATION always a hit or miss with timing, services and courtesy? It’s been like that for years.
It’s so close to me but there are times, I’m not in the mood to get treated like “they’re” doing me a favor and I’m a bother. Sometimes I’m forced to go to another location.

Efficient, professional. Walked in, talked to the desk, handed my id, and they took care of the rest. In and out in about 25-30 minutes. Pretty good poke. Easy experience and I appreciate the efforts of the staff.

My husband had to have STAT blood work drawn that his doctor sent over. This lab is a joke. 1hr 47 mins he had to wait. Next time we'll find some were else. Your health-care system is horrible
