The team members at Cool Village Pharmacy are nice and polite. And, if you need a simple antibiotic or an antacid, they're capable.

Beyond that, the pharmacy is useless. CVS in Auburn may not have the nicest team, but they can get basic prescriptions filled if you or your family members are in need. And let's face it - you don't call or visit the pharmacy to say, "hello." You do it when something is wrong, someone is sick, suffering, and in need. And Cool Village Pharmacy, for the second time in two years, has proven incapable and incompetent in this important area.

Hands down the friendliest pharmacy in northern California.

Was up north for a trip and realized I forgot to get a refill before I left. Saw that Cool had a pharmacy so I stopped in right at closing time. I was worried they wouldn't accept my insurance so I was ready to pay out of pocket, but was pleasantly surprised to find out they take pretty much all of them just like the big stores. Chuck transferred and filled my script right away for the same price I pay at my regular pharmacy. Besides normal drug store items they have a really nice gift section and ended up buying this fancy Italian soap for a gift. Wouldn't hesitate to come back should the need arise.

Best pharmacy in Placer County. We actually live in Auburn and drive to Cool Village Pharmacy because of the personal care they offer. This is a family owned business and also has a wonderful little gift shop inside.

Horrible customer care , for being a small town you would think they would take time for patients but they are uneducated on vitamins and are biased on who gets care. When locals write reviews you know it's bad.
