Called cooks twice today, once in the morning and again this afternoon.Both times they assured me my medication would be delivered today. I told the girl on the phone that I have not had my blood pressure medication and 60 years old and having my blood pressure medication is not only necessary but vital to my overall health.Anyway it is almost closing time and no medication has been delivered yet

My family has done business here for many years. All the pharmacists and other employees are very helpful, taking time to answer questions and provide any other assistance possible. It's nice to encounter friendly faces with smiles, especially when one's mood when visiting the pharmacy can be less than upbeat.

I have been using this pharmacy for prescriptions my whole life, I.e., 20+ years. Always have what I need and if not they will have it ordered, taking usually one day to arrive. There have been times when they were out of something or didn’t have enough on hand, but after explaining my immediate need they were able to give me a sample pill or two till it came in. Very grateful for that. Also, I would like to note that you can come in with a new prescription or looking to get one refilled, but the wait time could be long. At least 20+ minutes, but I have waited 50 minutes before, so I recommend calling in as it’s very simple process and they give you exact time frame. The reason I give it 4⭐️is because the customer service is a hit or miss. There is one individual who I could always count on for exemplary and friendly service, but so many others often seem disinterested or almost mad you’re bothering them. Nevertheless, I will continue to use this pharmacy because I trust this place and those in charge of filling my medications.

Cook's Pharmacy in Kingston PA has been consistently disappointing and unprofessional. I started using them when I had surgery on my foot and could not drive. Many times prescriptions were not delivered or filled, and without even a phone call to make us aware of the situation. I cannot believe a company can get away with this kind of poor service with something so vital as medication. I give Cook's of Kingston five thumbs down!!

Client centered care/service! Jim and his team always go out of their way to be sure that the customer is taken care of. The care is personalized to each individual client.. Jim will do whatever he can to make your experience as convenient as possible. I truly appreciate the way they operate.

Fast, reliable service. Friendly, knowledgeable staff. I was in need of a pharmacy and I really didn't want to go to one of the bigger chain drug stores. My doctors office recommended Cooks and I'm so glad they did! I've been going there ever since and I would recommend Cooks to everyone.

I've had so many issues with one of the pharmacists here, that I finally threw my hands up and switched to CVS. She was consistently rude to me and my fiance, and when I gave my first Google review about her extremely unprofessional behavior, she made my experiences there even more difficult. I understand sometimes the insurance provider gives the pharmacy grief, but when it started happening every week, for months, I realised it was time to change. I switched to CVS and I received a call that I could pick up my medication the second it was ready. No delays, no issues, no judgements, just business. I have never dealt with someone so unprofessional in my life. I don't even know the woman's name, but I happen to know a few other people, my fiance included, that had the same issues of ignorance, judgement and unprofessionalism. They ended up leaving as well. Aside from that particular woman, everyone else was generally kind.
