Dr. Tiffany is the singular reason why my two children have such great dental hygiene and why they love going to the dentist. She was able to take very nervous toddlers and make them feel comfortable in her space and they trusted her. At least a few times a month my kids say "oh Dr. Tiffany wouldn't want me to go to sleep before brushing my teeth, I'd better go do it now before I forget," or, "mama, that's sugar bugs but Dr. tiffany said chocolate is better than gummy bears so I'm making a good choice."

She takes the time to educate her patients in a way that is approachable and memorable - I couldn't ask for more. Thank you!

Dr. Tiffany and her staff are wonderful! They are friendly, smart, and efficient. The office is beautifully decorated and neat, very kid friendly in every way. We had a great experience with Dr. Tiffany and staff. I think this has been by far the most memorable first time appointment my baby will have. We felt very welcomed! The Dr. and the assistant are super patient and knowledgeable. We even had a picture printed after our appt. as souvenir to keep which I think it’s very thoughtful of them. Contra Costa Dentistry is my children’s favorite “appt” to attend, not only is the entire staff from dentist to front desk amazingly patient, welcoming and professional with the children and families, the office is so well organized, with a children’s play and wait area that’s great for all ages but they truly take the time to make sure that not only is the patient comfortable but that the parent is fully informed and knowledgeable too. I know my family is in great hands with Dr. Ham and staff and it’s such a reassurance that my children ask me for when the next time they can come back for an appt because it is so fun and a positive experience every time for them.

My boys are almost never well behaved, Staff kept them so entertained and knew just how to talk to them to make them sit still through a cleaning and exam.
