Wow I had the most amazing visit with Dr Harrison, reception and dental assistants and hygienist.I normally am very afraid to go to the dentist but they are very gentle. The xrays were a breeze and the dentist did my cleaning himself. He spoke to me about my teeth and next steps.He said he makes it easier and calming as he remembered his own younger dental experiences and strives to make visits a better experience for patients like me. Highly recommend this dental practice.

I was charged for a cleaning out of pocket. I was told that whoever scheduled me for my 6 month cleaning scheduled me 3 days too early. The receptionist said they did not know my insurance needed to have 6 months in between cleanings. I have NEVER been charged out of pocket for a CLEANING at any other dentist in my life. I spoke to someone who works at another dentist’s office and they told me that the majority of people covered by dental insurance usually have 2 cleanings a year that needs to be spread out by 6 months and 1 day apart. This person told me that there is a small percentage of people whose dental insurance cover 3 cleanings a year. This information seems like something staff scheduling appointments should be aware of for each patient they are dealing with. The person from the other dentist’s office told me that if they ever made the mistake of scheduling someone too early they would not charge the patient since it was their mistake. I am very disappointed with how the front desk dealt with my situation.

Shout out to the hygienist Sandra though! She is wonderful, thorough, and knows what she is doing. Love her.

I took one star off because they used to have residency-trained dentists with experience which was why I chose this place, but now I only get to see an inexperienced newbie dentist.

Rude Manager.
I called to request my most recent X-ray images, and the person who answered claimed to be the manager. She initially told me they didn’t save my most recent X-ray, which would’ve forced me to pay out of pocket for a new one elsewhere. That’s their mistake — not mine. Throughout the entire call, she never once apologized. Unbelievable.

Only after I said they had just lost a customer did she send over the X-rays a few hours later. Still no apology — just a curt “here’s the X-rays.” So rude. I won’t be coming back.

Quick shoutout to Sandra, one of the hygienists. She is always very thorough, and takes the time to explain what she sees, what she's doing, why she's doing it, and any relevant impacts to your overall health. And she does it in a friendly way. I've been coming here for years and am satisfied with the overall service of the hygienists and dentists.

Conshohocken Dental Group is a really great place to go. I went there for a new patient appointment and they were wonderful. Evan made the experience great- he took the time to explain everything to me, made sure I understood everything and that I was comfortable during my exam and cleaning. And my teeth are looking even better after my cleaning! I will definitely be a return patient because they’re all very friendly.

Is the only word I can use to sum up my visits to the Conshohocken dental group.
Being a fairly new patient here…. Each visit becomes more and more exciting.

My story begins with the fact I’ve been going to the dentist my entire life and somehow or another I built up a fear of the Dentist because back in the ice age the sound of the drills the smell of the drilling since I was a child became unbearable.
Throughout my journey of many many different dentist…. Your quest is only to find someone to make you feel at ease and also make you feel like you’re not even at the dentist.

Well, the Conshohocken Dentist group has done exactly that! You’re made to feel like family. You don’t feel like a stranger from the moment you walk in at the front door by the wonderful staff to your escort down the hall to your room and in your seat.

Such a pleasant chair, side manner!
Such informative information that he provides you with on everything that he’s doing to you before he even does it. He smiles with his eyes to make his patients , feel at such ease.
