Great service. There was a staff meeting today and still was seen right away. Very friendly dental Hygienist (Jen). Also my female Dr. Dentist (unsure name) was outstanding. Been going there every 6 months for past two years and will continue going as long as I have my insurance.

It’s been forever since I was able to see a dentist, mostly fear and financial worry. Concord dental group made all those worries disappear. The whole staff was extremely pleasant welcoming. The X-rays and deep clean was quick and painless. I thank my fiancée for recommending and Concord dental group definitely has a family to stay. Thank you so much Dr Singh and staff!!!

The Periodontist was very professional and personable. I don’t remember her name but she performed a frenectomy on me. It was quick and she and her staff made sure I was comfortable and at ease. The office was clean and the staff was inviting 10 out of 10 would definitely

Easy to set up appointment. Staff were very welcoming. Both the dental assistant and Dentist were very friendly and explained all steps throughout the appointment. They were able to immediately do a filling which saved time from having to come back. Overall, it was one of the easiest dental appointments I've had!

I bring my whole family here and all the staff from front desk to assistants have great customer service. Highly recommend Dr. Bui he does good work, explains everything from start to finish, is patient and very kind to not just myself but my kids.

Made the mistake of scheduling treatment with another provider at the location (provider no longer there) for my daughter just to have her fillings done sooner rather than later and I won’t ever schedule with anyone else again. Care received was trash compared to Dr. Bui. His care is second to none.

I previously visited Loveridge Dental and found their services satisfactory. The dentist there referred me to a gum specialist at Concord Dental for a deep cleaning, which went fine. However, during the visit, the specialist attempted to extract my wisdom tooth but was unsuccessful. She informed me that I would need to see an oral surgeon for the extraction.

I left the appointment with a chipped and slightly loosened wisdom tooth, experiencing considerable pain. The earliest available appointment with the oral surgeon is in seven days, meaning I will be in pain until then.

A professional dentist should not have attempted the extraction if she was unable to complete it. She had taken an X-ray and should have been able to assess the complexity of the tooth’s roots from that. It was unprofessional to proceed without being certain of her ability to complete the extraction.
