Was sent for injury to rib area. Waiting time was about 1.5 hours. Waiting area seats were tore up. Got in, got checked, waiting time wasn't too bad. Meanwhile overheating employees cussing, and vulgar talk. Was checked out, x rays then doctor gave evaluation. Over all not too bad.

Had a appointment at 3:30pm it's 6:30pm and I'm still waiting for the Doctor.. A simple DOT physical. This place has 20 nurses and just one doctor.. Ridiculous

I rarely write reviews. The receptionist in the front her was very welcoming and helpful. The nurse who initially helped me was also kind and helpful. The issue was with the doctor who was rude and dismissive. He refused to give me a physical until I had a letter from my psychiatrist because I’m on anti depressants, fair enough, but then I overheard him go next door and make a joke to one of his colleagues about not wanting to give me a physical because “He might kill himself” which is 1 in appropriate, insensitive and unprofessional.

Everyone was friendly and acknowledged my presence. It was my first time there so they took the time to explain the short process and where to wait. There were several patients there but the wait time was minimal. They got me in explained what I was there for and made sure I knew what was going to happen. I was there for a short period and not the usual lengthy waits like at some other offices. Definitely would recommend this place!!

At my appointment time at reception I dealt with two male staff and two female staff. One out of 4 were professional, one of the female staff. The other female she sounded and looked unapproachable for inquiries. The other female was an angel. The men sucked.

Inside, where nurses were everyone was nice and helpful. Dealt with one male and two females. Awesome.

The wait time was ridiculous, 2 hours waiting for a physical for my new employer. Staff didn't want to assist, they were too worried about their lunch, while I was on mine. Definitely not going to this location again.
