I can't explain how I feel about this place. Starting with the Dr, secondly the MAs. All, including the Dr very unprofessional and no bed side manners. And so ignorant. I can't believe the Doctor doesn't care about how as patients feel when we need support when there's a complaint. He literally hung the phone on me. And the MA who answered my phone call kept ending the call when I only said couple of words. I did not take any time away from them. The MA who answered the phone always has excuses to avoid her errors. I can't believe how the Dr ignored. Imagine he's practice. I'm in total Shock! Very disrespectful.

I would give 0 stars if possible. This office and staff are literally a joke at this point. They never have appts, they don’t take walk-ins and the doctor is never there. They don’t have the decency to call you back for anything. I HIGHLY recommend to stay away from this clinic !!!!!

This is the worst clinic I’ve ever been to in my life. The interiors of the clinic are very dirty and look unsanitary. The staff is unprofessional, they speak to you as if you some hooligans of the street. They usually can’t tell you WHEN you can see the Doctor and the doctor is never even there. Lastly, the nurses are rude to the patients. Terrible customer service. I strongly advise not to come here and go somewhere else even if means driving further. It would save money, time, and honestly a headache.

The staff is what makes this office bad. If you're able to get an appointment out wouldn't matter because your would still have to wait for an hour or two. Going in as a walk in is worst.waiting 4 hours is unacceptable. They don't call in prescription like they say they would and one of the women at the front desk is rude. She talks down to people like they don't know what their talking about and the doctor is okay other than the fact that he talks in the hallway where everyone in the small stuffy waiting area can hear.

HORRIBLE! Inconsistent staff, the doctor argues with patients, the nurses cannot record proper information. I recommend that no one takes themself or their family here! Unorganized place of business.

Horribly services, so difficult to contact Dr. Very incompetent and lazy nurses and contact supervisor. The office is really small and stuffy, they do not have a person interest in mind.
