You guys can come up with better protocols and making somebody wait three months before they need this treatment especially if there’s other treatments that are very similar that require very little to no wait time. If you’re trying to help people do the right way

My doctor is great, but CPS has the worst customer service and support! They cancelled an urgent appointment of mine because they thought my referral from my school was expired, despite me saying it had a month left on it. I called my school and they confirmed it is still valid, and that my only option is to call CPS again and tell them it is valid. So finally, I called again and got my appointment rescheduled. But this has happened before and it is so damn frustrating, especially when your needs are time sensitive and urgent. Do better CPS.

On Thursday's Zoom meeting with Dr. Zhao, we encountered some technical issues with Zoom. Specifically, Dr. Zhao couldn't see our video, though we could see hers. The audio worked fine without any issues. Hopefully, this can be improved next time. As for Dr. Zhao's service, we are very satisfied.

They are trying to charge me $150 for missing my zoom appointment. Yet the Doctor called me on the wrong day, when I tried to get into the zoom call, I was never sent a code so I could not get into it. I have left numerous messages, my phone, and on their portal and no one has returned my call, so now I don’t even have a follow up appointment with the doctors.
The doctor I saw one time by zoom was so hard to understand, and when I was telling her to change my appointment to the following day, I could see she was struggling with her computer. So now they want me to pay the money for a missed appointment, I’ll be contacting Blue Shield to see what my options are.

I like my doctor but I’m having trouble using the portal. I can’t communicate with my doctor and nobody can help me use the portal. I had a bad reaction to a drug and I had no way to let the doctor know.
