Let me start off by saying my appointment was all the way in November and they just so happened to get me in a month early, absolutely loved that. Every part of the staff from the receptionist at the front desk, to Brooke the dental tech and Dr. Nemee. I want to point out how Brooke was so gentle with my cleaning and in all my years I’ve never been excited to go back again. She made my visit pain free and worry free. I recommend to any and everyone.

My experience wasn’t good. I went in late for some work on a tooth and I guess the doctor was grumpy from a long day. She was very aggressive with my tooth and kept asking do i feel any pressure. When I said no, she kept pressing it harder, as if she was trying to make it hurt. She was also a bit rude in her remarks. For example when I told her how long ago my tooth was done she said so “you think it was this long”… ma’am I know when my work was done. She was being snippy with her staff, too. Kind of funny, actually since I didn’t have to spend much time there. The service was less than spectacular and it’s a toss-up on whether the doctor is in a pissy mood or not. She was honest and said she couldn’t fix it, though. That was the only hint of a decent service. That and the woman at the front desk. She’s curt, but better than some.

Dr. Ashley and her entire staff are very cordial and professional. My family have used this facility in Decatur for years and have always felt confident that the treatment plan is right and priced fairly.
Jackie the office manager is easy to talk to and explains the financial breakdown so that you understand it easily. Very comfortable environment.

They did a great job! Had a tooth pulled and replaced. They were all very nice to me. And kept asking me if I was OK! Got me in very quick and pulled it the next day and did the rest of work we needed to do.

Today, I had the best visit. I was having pain from a partial. It needed adjustments. The dental assistant was great, very patient. She took time to listen and was able to fix the issue. I'm feeling so much better.

I was worked into the schedule the day I called with an emergency apt request. Everyone there was extremely helpful and reassuring throughout the process. Dr. Ashley will be my dentist moving forward. I am so thankful I found Complete Dental.
