This place is awesome. All of the therapists are very knowledgeable. I was treated for Bell's Palsy, A Stroke, and Bodily Hit and Run by a vehicle. Every injury was addressed with care, consistency, and great knowledge. They know the human body inside and out. They have a special program for Traumatic Brain Injuries. They have special treatment for when the face has twisted from a stroke or Bell's Palsy. My Son is a patient here now. This is definitely the place to go for rehabilitation.

Have heard of physical therapy for body injury but never thought there is a physical therapy clinic for imbalance, till my caring family physician Dr. M. T. Tsai recommended me to try Complete Balance Solutions in Irvine.

Dr. Laura Mandich, who happens to be the clinical director, is very experienced & also knowledgeable in both western & eastern treatment methods. She’s always so calm (& calming), patient & super detailed & observant; nothing I do could escape her eyes. She has successfully utilized her wealth of knowledge & experience to pinpoint my problems. I’m so much happier now because I can move around without feeling floaty, dizzy, or unsteady in a room, crowded or not. No more problem stepping out of car, turning my body around, getting up from a chair… Yes, I’m definitely committed to continuing with the exercises Dr Laura has recommended. Of course, equally important is the clinic itself: organized, clean, every therapist friendly & most of all, knowledgeable & dedicated. Here I also feel thankful to Sally, who had been working with Dr. Laura to take care of me.

On a side note, Dr Laura is honest & fair. I more than once overheard her discussing other patient’s progress with their therapists. They don’t prolong treatment sessions for monetary gains; but as long as the patient needs it. Like in my own case, she kindly booked 3 more sessions for me after 01/10. Yet, on 1/10, after a session of tests & exercises, she confidently said I should stop coming but only to do periodical review. She’s being fair to the patient & the healthcare system. So lucky of me to be in such great hand.

I suffered a severe concussion from a car accident in April of 2024 and was referred by a relative to Complete Balance Solutions for physical therapy based on their expertise in concussion treatment. My primary Physical Therapist while I was undergoing treatment was Laura Mandich at the Irvine office location.
Laura is extremely knowledgeable, professional, patient, and has a calm and caring approach with their clients. They always took time to respond thoughtfully to questions, explained procedures and exercises in detail, and were sensitive to how I was doing on treatment days to take into consideration what we would work on that day for my therapy. Additionally, Laura consistently showed sincere concern and interest for me as their patient.
I also received PT from Christina and Sally when Laura was unavailable, and both were very knowledgeable, professional, and caring in their interactions with me.
Additionally, Rosie at the Front Desk was always friendly and helpful regarding anything I needed assistance with, whether it be billing or appointment related.
In addition to the treatment I received, my teenage daughter is receiving concussion PT at Complete Balance, primarily from Teresa, Laura and Christina. As a parent, I have sincerely appreciated that every member of the PT team has treated my daughter with the same high level of respect and caring that I experienced, plus they make it fun when possible and always have a good sense of humor which really helps my daughter not dread her sessions!
The entire team at Complete Balance helped make what was sometimes a really challenging time feel encouraging and hopeful. Collectively, the team encourages their clients and each other and clearly are supportive and strong in how they work together. I will forever remain grateful for their expertise and caring attentiveness.
