Absolutely the best health care I've ever received. Michelle treats you like you're her only patient. Never in a hurry to get the next patient in. Very understanding and does a thorough job checking your body. I'd recommend her to anyone.

Michelle,Gavin was really knowledgeable and helpful to me. Great medical office, wonderful and warm experience from start to finish. I absolutely adore Michelle Gavin, CNP, and her MA Mariah!! They are genuinely kind and caring. You don’t ever feel like a burden while in their care. Highly recommend them!!

Dr. Michelle Gavin is the absolute best. Always super kind and helpful. The nurse (Mariah I believe) was also very nice and make coming going to the Doctor a better experience.

Michelle really cares , she is very genuine. Spends the time with you and even gives you handwritten letter to help you understand you diagnose. Go there if your not feeling well. She will help you. Thanks Michelle. Ever Since Michelle left I have no received the care I deserve. At first it was ok but absolutely not the same. They seemed like they care that’s not the case anymore. Because I get sick on every medication they gave me I am judged. They lost some of my medical records. Because I am depressed treated like I am not a human being. That I was STUPID. I ended up in the ER at Gunderson. I will never step foot in there EVER. I over heard the PRN her outside my Oh my Lord. Like What?They have not yet returned my phone calls

Absolutely the best service I have ever received from any clinic in my 41 years. Very hospitable. They make you feel right at home and the best thing is they actually listen and treat you like a person and not paycheck. For all the contractors and military that come to Fort Mccoy and need care dont hesitate to visit this clinic you'll be very pleased with the service they provide.
