Dr Savelloni is hands down the best doctor ever! He recently did an ankle ligament repair surgery on me, and everything is going great so far. He listens to you, makes you feel comfortable, and has great bedside manner!

Date of first-time visit was February 26, 2025. I had an appointment with Dr. Marr with a problem with my hand. He offered up a few exercises and referred me to a hand specialist for further treatment. I like this medical practice and would recommend it to anyone experiencing pain.

I am a patient of Commonwealth Orthopedics, where Dr.A.Paul Savelloni is the foot and ankle physician. Three months ago, Dr.Savelloni replaced my left ankle with an implant, a surgery I’d been avoiding for several years. He patiently explained the procedure in fine detail, including my X-rays and how the implant would be placed. The surgery was very successful, with no complications. Dr.Savelloni has also been following my physical therapy closely, and has made himself available anytime day or night, addressing all concerns of mine. Thanks to his surgical skill, I am now walking painlessly, and am now resuming my previous activities.

The staff members and personnel at Commonwealth Orthopedic Associates are friendly, knowledgeable and very supportive. I highly recommend Dr.Savelloni for any foot or ankle issues. He is easy to understand, friendly and very personable. His surgical skills are superb, and he demonstrates patient care from the first office visit through recovery and rehabilitation. I am very pleased with the results of both my surgery and my recovery.

Dr. Savelonni is amazing. He performed a triple arthrodesis on my foot and a gastroc recession in my leg. I’ll be coming up on a year and my recover is way ahead of schedule.
He was always very thorough in explaining what was wrong with my foot and what he was going to do to help.
I’ve texted him nights and weekends and have either quickly gotten a text or call back.
My daughter has had some ankle issues from sports and we’ve taken her to see him. I wouldn’t trust anyone else like I trust him

They do NOT take Tricare. For those that do not know, Tricare is the insurance for both Active duty and Retired military, ergo, Commonwealth Orthopedics do NOT support the United States Military or their familes.

Great all the way around, BUT, who sends checks any longer to pay a bill? I don't even own checks. They need to have a payment method on their website. Now I have to call their office to give them my credit card number to pay for my bill. They accept credit cards over the phone, yet they don't have any options on their website nor billing statement to pay online. Ridiculous/waste of time!

A thoroughly wonderful experience with Nathen Lawery. No pain, I had an injection in my shoulder. I have had several in the past, but Nathen was very helpful in explaining, and also giving me other options. I highly recommend this PA I'm hoping he stays, because I will ask for him in the future.
