I had been putting off a diagnostic procedure for weeks, afraid of how I would get home after being anesthetized. But when I found out about Comfort Keepers and their reliable caregivers, my worries were put to rest.

Veronica, my caregiver, was a godsend. From the moment she arrived at my door, I knew I was in good hands. She reassured me, helped me into the car, and made sure I was comfortable every step of the way.

As we made our way to the clinic, Veronica kept me calm with small talk and comforting words. She made sure I had everything I needed before the procedure and stayed by my side until I was taken in.

After the procedure was done, Veronica was there waiting for me, ready to take me back home. She drove carefully, making sure I was comfortable and safe the whole way.

I couldn't have asked for a better caregiver than Veronica. Her thoughtfulness and care made a stressful situation so much easier to handle. Thanks to Comfort Keepers, I was able to get the medical care I needed without worrying about how I would get home. I will forever be grateful for their services and for Veronica's kindness.

Not only is the caregiver wonderful and helpful, but the person who coordinates the staff is extremely valuable to us. She was super patient in getting us signed up and navigating the paperwork. Comfort Keepers has been a saving grace for my mom and my sanity! I knew immediately from the first phone call with Vee that I had called the right place. She is super compassionate and very knowledgeable. She let me know exactly what to expect, and the level of support she would provide. She was able to meet with my mom and my family for an introduction, and I appreciated her thoroughness. Her caregiver recommendation with Jasmine has been amazing. She is so thoughtful and genuinely cares. My mom can be a handful but Jasmine knows what to do. It’s been a few months since I started with Comfort Keepers, and so far the communication has been excellent. I really like that in those 2 months Vee has checked in over the phone and in person, as well as Laura several times too. I would absolutely recommend Comfort Keepers of Culver City. Truly the definition of quality care.
