Is always something with this pharmacy they may sound good because of the delivery but believe me is better to get in line at walgreens. The manager Precious first apologizes for the mistakes her workers made and then when the prescription was not delivered she will blame it on you.

Never delivers on time. I have to call multiple times to get the prescription filled. Im given the option to pick up but if i wanted to pick them up i wouldn’t have them at their pharmacy id have it at the one down the street. “Manager” makes excuses every time but never fixes the problems. Do yourself a favor and fill your prescriptions elsewhere.

Called the pharmacy and first no one answered, went to voice mail, secondly a girl answered the second time i called and i explained to her that half the bottle of pills (xphoza) were broken and crushed, she responded to me by saying i need to call my insurance company to have them replaced! I replied, my insurance company did no ship them, you shipped them. Then the girl said “Oh My God “
Then hung up!!!!! Great Customer service!

This pharmacy provides THE BEST service of any pharmacy we've ever delt with. First of all, a real person answers the phone! No recorded promts into the black hole of automated phone systems. They respond immediately to requests for getting a doctor's approval for refills. And most importantly, in over a year of using Colton Pharmacy services, we have received our medications by mail in NO MORE than two days of request, more often it's here in one day. Thank you to this friendly, efficient, professional staff. You are much appreciated. Chain drug stores good take a lesson from you.

They advertise compounding. But they do not offer compounding services. Big waste of time driving back and forth. Employee couldn’t be bothered to offer help or answer questions about alternatives. Avoid.

I took my written Rx just expecting to drop it off and the girl asked for my ID & Ins. I assumed she was verifying my Ins and in 15mins she called my Name, handed me my cards and my medication! I was shocked and pleased!

The customer service at Colton Pharmacy is amazingly above and beyond the industry standard. My mother was prescribed a specialty drug that her pharmacy did not dispense, resulting in her doctor sending her prescription to Colton Pharmacy. Her prescription was mailed out to her and received within a weeks time with a $0 dollar amount due. A week went by and my mom got a call from Colton Pharmacy, informing her that her co-pay would be $100 a month for this one pill she is taking! Patel, the manager/pharmacist called me back. He told us that for the first month, to help my mom get started on her meds, they covered the fee of $100! Patel continues to say that there are foundations that will subsidize prescription fees for qualifying applicants. He asked a few questions regarding income, and he applied her information while we were on the phone. Within a few minutes, my mom was approved for the program and will get her future refills at no cost to her! I can't tell you how grateful my mother and I are, for the 5 Star/5 Diamond "customer care" we received. I'm overwhelmed by the standards of service they delivered to us. I'm quite sure that this is the level of service they give to all of their patrons. I believe in supporting our local merchants. Colton Pharmacy is your neighborhood pharmacy that will go the extra mile for you! Patel and Anik were very cordial and professional- with the added bonus of the aforementioned!! Wow guys, you are the best! I will let the prescribing doctor know how amazingly easy it was (and pleasant), doing business with Colton Pharmacy!! SUPPORT LOCAL!!
