Indian-sounding receptionist is rude and disrespectful. I called for a reminder of my appointment time. She sounds annoyed and tired. She tells me to hold then hangs up and disconnects the line so I can’t call back Very unprofessional when I just asked for a reminder of the time of my appointment. I would cancel my appointment but I can’t call back since the receptionist disabled the phone so I guess I just won’t show up.

i love the dentists and the dental assistants. jerry, the receptionist, is extremely rude and curt over the phone. i hope something is done about her because she truly makes everything an unpleasant experience when i go there

Edited since the owner replied * I was a patient. There are only 3 people working in the office. Dr Duong who is the only dentist at the office was my provider. He was actually great - very gentle and actually listening to my concerns when I was able to see him. The problem is the older female receptionist. She is so incompetent! I can't tell you how many times I had to move an appointment because of her. She even 'forgot' to charge me copays for my first couple of visits and I had a pay a lump sum. The final person working there is the heavy set dental assistant. He was the one who diagnosed me with a TMJ issue, without any diagnostics, when I actually had an infection that was causing the pain. I can describe the entire dingy office if you'd like! How despicable that you would lie that I'm not a patient and make fake pages to boost back up the rating. DISPICABLE.

If I could give them zero stars I would. So incompetent and disorganized and they don't listen. This is the second time I've come in with a specific complaint and they told me I was wrong WITHOUT even checking me. I got a second opinion and what do you know, my pain is real. Complete waste of time energy and money

I had such a calming time at this office. They were so knowledgeable and patient with me. The doctor was awesome. And the front office lady was great she made sure that my appointment time was managed and speedy

This dental office was nothing but AMAZING, the knowledge, patience, friendliness, my mom has a BIG fear of dentist, but they made her feel very calm n comfortable. I would HIGHLY recommend them for dental services. The Dentist and all his employees were SUPER FANTASTIC...💫💫💫💫

Called on 08/09 to set up as a new patient, the person who answered the phone had an attitude , very unprofessional, had to call multiple times to even get through, told me to call back because their system was down, didn’t even offer to take my name or number kept cutting me Off when I was talking and when I suggested she take down my info she said she wasn’t going to schedule me at all and hung up on me lol then didn’t answer the phone again ! So please don’t waste your time because they don’t even have dental professionals or anyone who ever worked in customer service before
