Dr. Connie and her staff are so nice. I always feel comfortable going to the dentist. This wasn't always the case. Now I have no problem at all because the receptionist Autumn, she greets you with a big smile when you walk in the door. I highly recommend them if you're looking for a great Dentist.

I had a very great experience!
The front desk receptionist was very nice, kind, respectful, and overall just a breath of fresh air. When I went into the office on 7-2-24
Every person I encountered was very nice. Usually whenever I go to the dentist I have full anxiety.
I did not experience that at all. Every question I wanted to ask they answered without me asking. The dentist is very knowledgeable and professional. Thank you so much for a great visit. 5🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

I will never treat with another Dr. or practice. I've had a ton of horrible experiences prior to treating with Dr. Connie and Collingdale Dental Associates. Did you know that you're not supposed to feel anything when having your teeth worked on?! I didn't because that's all I ever had. Apparently, I'm one of the people who don't react to the typical numbing injection! It's a thing! Add to that, my body processes the numbing meds more quickly than most in addition to needing a higher amount than most. I only know this because of Dr. Connie. I saw multiple dentist for close to 30 years and yet none of those Dr.'s figured it all out, nor did they take the time to contemplate the issue.

Dr. Connie actually listened and cared! She used critical thinking and wasn't afraid to think outside of the box and try different methods and numbing agents. It was time consuming for her and I know it was a hassle and pain. The other dentist's just said "I don't know why that's happening, you shouldn't feel anything". She, on the other hand, became intrigued and determined to figure out a solution to ensure my dental work was pain-free; and she did exactly that.

Now, everything is noted in my chart and we know what needs to be used each time. I don't feel a thing and root canals are no longer painful! She doesn't rush to get people in-and-out fast for profit. She makes sure the patient is comfortable. She waits the appropriate amount of time for the topical agent to take effect prior to injecting the numbing meds, and then waits for that to kick-in prior to going into your mouth. She constantly checks-in to make sure you're okay. She has empathy and that's rare in this field, in my experience.

I no longer dread going to the dentist. I no longer feel everything being done while in the chair. It's a pain-free visit. I highly recommend Collingdale Dental Associates.

Dr Connie has been my dentist for a number of years. The staff members are friendly and helpful. The hygienist, I’m sorry I don’t remember her name, is very good. I recommend them highly.
