Update. If you can help it do not deal with these people.

Yesterday I was told, by Rebecca, my order would be redone and I could pick it up today. I called first thing this morning and was told, by Rebecca, they were accidentally mailed but went overnight and would be here today. I called at 5 is because they never came.

At 5 ish Rebecca answered again and said they were showing they would be here today but now they show as arriving tomorrow now and if I want them remade I have to pay for them. I asked to talk to the manager or owner...enter Kurt.

He proceeded to tell me that they were mailed only once, on the 8th, I ordered them online the 31st, which he said was impossible. He also told me the Rebecca never said they would be remade yesterday so I could pick them up today. He kept repeating she never said that, however she did! My mom was sitting there and heard her say this. I am being indirectly called a liar. He just kept saying I'm not calling you a liar but she never said that!

This is obviously a collier issue based on all the other reviews, not a mail issue, but I guess what did I expect when they didn't care about the women that needed medication so they didn't miscarry.

It's nice I can get my hormones specially formulated for and mailed to me. The people are so kind and helpful however the mailing part has been incredibly frustrating.

Sometimes they are mailed with no issues however more othen than not one gets mailed but not the other so I have to call to ask for it to be mailed.

Today they couldn't tell if the ones I ordered last week were mailed or not so they are remaking them today and I'll have to drive almost and hour to pick them up while I have covid because not having them makes me an emotional monster. ?

My doctor sent a prescription directly to the pharmacy. I’m glad it wasn’t for anything urgent because it took them a week to fill it! I had to call 3 times to check on it. I verified that they had my correct phone number and that they would text letting me know when it was ready for pickup. Despite this, the only way I found out it was ready was by calling the third time. My doctor is the one who recommended this pharmacy because the medication had to be compounded. Based on this experience, I will be asking my doctor for the prescription to be sent elsewhere. Poor customer service and poor communication.

The only real problem I had was that I live in Rogers and the location was not as close as I was hoping. When I got there they told me that a compound it takes three days to compound. It would be nice if the pharmacy would call and say it will take three days and they will call you when it’s ready.

Do not use if you are needing your medication in a timely manner. They do not fill and send within the time frame needed. They mark sent and then it takes forever to receive. They ignore messages. This pharmacy does not care about its clients. Find another pharmacy. There's several good ones in the state that will mail your prescription so there's no lapse time in medication.
Avoid! Don't bother talking to Josh. He just relays the untruths from those who are not providing good service. I have never had problems with any pharmacy except this one. I am apparently not the only one that is treated poorly, and services not provided as promised.

These guys are a joke… They have no clue about customer service or communication. We have used them for a few months for my wife’s compounded prescription and it has NEVER taken less than 2 WEEKS to get them filled; often even longer. The last one took more than a month from when the refill was originally requested. Communication from them… forget it! Finally had to call to find out what was going on and I guess it had gotten lost despite the fact it was requested via their RxLocal app. I requested refills again a couple days ago knowing it takes forever for them to do anything and just checked the status via their app and guess what… shows no prescriptions on file! They were there 3 days ago when I requested them. Normally they would show as in progress, but they’re not there at all. Was there any communication from them if there was a problem… of course not! Absence of information is the only notification you’ll get that there’s a problem. If there was another viable alternative for our location we’d switch. These folks really need some stiff competition to get them to shape up!

This is the third month in a row that I have had to call the Compounding pharmacy multiple times in order to have one medication filled. Every single time it takes more than one week for a refill to occur, only occurring after I telephone asking why it still it is not ready. It has been “stuck in the queue” twice, late due to shorthandedness, not enough employees, and not delivered as they said they would. Every month I run out of my medication due to their negligence. I would go to another pharmacy; however, this is the only compounding pharmacy that I know of near me. I call every month and speak to the store manager trying to receive my medication before I inevitably run out. This is completely unacceptable.

My sister and I are both getting progesterone supplements from this pharmacy in order to continue our pregnancies. Without the supplements we will lose our pregnancies and this is the only pharmacy in the area who can make them for us. On Monday we went in needing refills and the pharmacy had received both of our prescriptions but only had 4 days worth on hand so we each got 2 and were told to come back on Wednesday. Yesterday was Wednesday, they still hadn’t made them, and we were told to check back today. Today when my sister called them she was told they need a couple more hours. This is not the first time we’ve had similar problems here. They obviously know what this medication is for and how important it is for us and yet we are not a priority. If I could go somewhere else I could but that’s not an option. Very frustrating to feel like I’m pulling teeth every time I need a simple prescription refill.
