My life got turned upside down by a drunk driver June 4th, 2023; my independence taken from me. Post shoulder surgery I was sent by my attorney to Coast Physical Therapy on Western, in RPV. They got me out of my shell, they provided care and confidence that’s unmeasurable. They gave me physical abilities back that were taken suddenly from me. They are the ones who made me listen to my body, who got me asking the right questions that led to having neck surgery and getting back full mobility in my dominant hand. Came here last week and gave front desk Marina my insurance ID to get it photocopied so she can tell me approximately how much my treatment will cost me. She said she will have info available the following day. I did not receive a call the following day so I called the next day only to be told by Marina herself that my insurance's phone # was down & she will have the info ready the next day. I still did not get a phone call on that day. Called on Monday past 9am and the man who answered (who was very pleasant to talk to btw) told me that Marina is not scheduled to be at work on that day, but the front desk who was supposed to be in at 9am will be in today. I just opted to wait for Marina's call because she was the one I talked to in person and on the phone, but to no avail. 1 week has passed and still no phone call. Speaks volumes of the kind of service you will get from this establishment.
