I came to Clinica Santa Clara for a medical treatment today. The clinics is very clean and updated. Medical staff are very friendly and helpful. The Medical Assistant and the Physician Assistant are very friendly, efficient and professional. Leticia She is caring and patient, which helped to ease my nervousness about the treatment I was going to get. And, I received very professional and successful medical treatment.

I sure will come back for my future medical needs and referred my family and friends here 👍

I chose Dr. Tyson and ended up with Letecia. My first visit she was training another PA no primary doctors on the premises. After my initial intake they both left the room and went home. The receptionist came in and said they were closing. I didn’t even know she left. Poor bedside manor. Last experience I had test results that she needed to go over with me. She told the receptionist to tell me just keep taking your medication. First of all I’m not taking any medication. HIPPA VIOLATIONS !

DONT GO HERE!!! Made appointment over the phone than when I came in today they said they don’t have me in the system and don’t take appointments in the afternoon. A clinic is supposed to close at 5 at least. I made this appointment through my contacts. Than she tells me if I’m at the wrong one? I been here only, my medical card address shows this address. Don’t waste your time with this clinic, they put no effort. Very unprofessional staff. I drove an hour from my job and waited to see this doctor for weeks thinking I had an appointment. If your in need of medical attention I suggest go to a hospital or another clinic with service.

Leticia saw my son who is on the spectrum he was so worried something was wrong with him she took the time to examine him and he felt super comfortable with her and he left feeling so much better .thank you soooo much

Impossible to get a hold of. Don't know why they keep accepting new patients when they don't even answer the phones for their current patients. Also, there's no attending physician at this clinic. The NP told me that the doctor who's name is attached to this clinic never sets foot in this location.

Came for a stomach bug and doctor leticia asked me every little bit needed and did all testing needed to ensure it wasnt more than that and now going to treat me for pcos which i didnt even know there was treatment ro help with. Best doctor ever!
