My dad was driving from NC to NM, while on the road he noticed his glucose monitor stopped working. He was near the town and I was able to find this pharmacy so I called to ask if they had one available and they were sooooo helpful and nice even though it was minutes before closing they stayed open a little longer waiting for my dad to get there and even helped guide him to the store when he got lost on the way and made sure he got what he needed. AMAZING people and great customer service. 10000% recommend this pharmacy thank you all so much

Made decision 2 yrs ago to move my medications to Cleburne pharmacy and I know made right choice in doing so.
Yes at peak hours/day the drive thru can be a moment. But the staff rallies, exhibits professional team work and gets the concept of efficient timely solution.
The staff may not know every answer , what they don't know they will ask. They will get you satisfaction. Yes they will have trouble pronouncing some meds, even customer's name, they may not know what the med is for, but remember they are in training. For every interaction with the staff, US as the customer has a chance to imprint these youngster's work ethics. Show them how to be polite, share knowledge , understand their importance & position in the work force, empower their successful decisions within your visit. Please don't be the customer in front of me who , (brings drama), you really can save it for your prayer.. ..

I have to take the five stars away and the awesome way because now their app doesn't tell you the truth about your medications cuz it doesn't run your insurance and then they turn around and tell you can't get your medicine cuz your insurance won't pay for it but yet their app won't tell you that then on top of that they're so rude they hang up on you and don't even try to call you back to apologize for hanging up on you I'm about to change pharmacies

My family and I have been using this store for years. In the past 4 years this particular store has gone down hill. The people working there are not courteous at all, no phone etiquette, and no response. They stand around and just stare or pretend to be busy. They never have the medicine you need. And if you request to have the prescription sent to another pharmacy, they may or may not send it.

Everyone at this pharmacy are nothing but the best! They're always so nice and helpful. This is my home pharmacy and other options may be cheaper but I'd still remain a loyal customer to Cleburne Pharmacy because of the familiarity, their willingness to accommodate your needs, and their overall attitude is amazing. I highly recommend them. They accept most insurances or have a cash pay option that's reduced drastically to help their cash paying customers. Also they actually deliver my medications! I can't get Door Dash, Uber, Instacart, Amazon Fresh, or 98% of other delivery services though.
