I went to pick up my father in law and they told me all I had to do was to return his bracelet and that was it. I get three phone calls like 30 minutes after, all asking me when I was going to pick him up. Three different nurses had no idea I picked him up and took him home. They were not aware that he had been picked up and he still had an iv on his chest that they were supposed to have removed. The bathrooms are full of cockroaches, dirty, filthy and are not safe for elders to use. Per my father in law he was not treated with the care he was supposed to receive. Horrible facility. I do not recommend for anyone to place their family here.

I have my mom staying here at this facility, and they are so sweet, and kind. The nursing care is absolutely amazing! Very clean place every time I go! I will recommend this facility to friends and family!

Clearwater is fantastic! The facility is clean, well-maintained, and smells fresh. (Which is uncommon for a healthcare facility LOL) The building is cozy and welcoming, very comfortable when I would visit.
The nurses and staff are amazing—friendly, attentive, and very professional. I do believe they genuinely care about the patients here. It’s a great place and I’d highly recommend it to anyone in need of care

I want to thank clear water staff for the time and care they gave to my father Sergio Villalobos when he was admitted. His stay was greatly appreciated!! I would recommend clear water for their care needs. I was very pleased because to me my father is everything to me!
